Debunked: Obamacare RFID Chip Implant Law Hoax

Among liberals, they use 'Teabagger' the same way, even when someone is not in the Tea Party. That reminds me of a post on a liberal site, that had a lot of 'racist' signs, that the original poster claimed came from Tea Party rallies. NONE of them had any provenance. I wish I had known then how to check for myself on them. I did find others that said they could not find any of them in any pictures from any Tea Party rallies. The poster was a graphic artist and in his resume, mentioned that he was competent in photoshop.

I debunk both sides

Given I'm pretty liberal myself, I'm slightly confused by the above, but thanks :)
That must be the American idea of "liberal". That is itself confusing and confused. The British idea has a long tradition - of being confused too - but in a different way. This is the most useless post of the month. You can see I have liberal leanings. :)

What is your response to the ''whyamericansaredumb'' site? It claims this to be a misimformation site and that we are getting chipped.

Well, they have one post about state taxes and it ignores sales taxes. they claim that folks are moving to Texas because of our low tax rate---most cities are charging 8.25 on non food purchases. The Texas economy is in better shape because of oil and gas drilling.

if you ask me, that site is a waste of the electrical power it uses, nothing but all the normal CTs

'Misinformation' appears to mean 'doesn't agree with us', in my experience.

Perhaps you should read this thread, examine the arguments, evidence and counter-arguments and decide for yourself who is spreading incorrect data.

You'll find only one of the two sites represents both sides of the argument.

I can't take any site that has "Obama visited the seat of Satan" and "Britain's Royal Family Satanic" as its featured stories.

A lot of sites claim that the chipping will happen. They just don't provide credible evidence. If you think the site you mention provides credible evidence please post the relevant bit of information here and we can go forward.

If you go to the WhyAmericansAreDumb article entitled: "Obama Care approves RFID chips"
You will find that it states:

"HR 3962 Obama Care bill actually approves RFID implants. Page 1505 “Data Claims For Health Records and any other".
Content from External Source
It is immediately obvious to anyone acquainted with these laws that the version of HR 3962 that was signed into law by the President only has 28 pages ("PRESERVATION OF ACCESS TO CARE FOR MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES AND PENSION RELIEF ACT OF 2010 "),

And that quoting from page 1505 from the dropped HR3962 "Affordable Health Care for America Act" and suggesting that it is current, pertinent information to base an article called; "Obama Care approves RFID chips", is clearly misinformative.

The WhyAmericansAreDumb article goes on to say:
"HR 3962 was revised like 5 times but they only show the amendments. THE LAST amendment does not necessarily cancel out the other amendments".
Content from External Source
Clearly, the only version of a bill, amended or not that is signed by the president becomes law, making the earlier versions and their language simply obsolete.

You can check this yourself by going to:

http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c111:H.R.3962:

and clicking on the last (5th) version PDF

You can verify that the "PRESERVATION OF ACCESS TO CARE FOR MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES AND PENSION RELIEF ACT OF 2010" was passed in lieu of the "Affordable Health Care for America Act" by viewing the list of signed Obama administration legislation at :

http://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/signed-legislation?page=48 ( June 25 2010)

Look at the versions of the bill this way. Say you are getting a divorce and the lawyer writes it up. When y'all talked to the lawyer, your spouse wanted the house, so that was how the divorce was written. The day before, you spouse gets fired, and they decide to move back home to take care of their elderly mother. You ask the lawyer to rewrite it, y'all sign the new version. Is there any way your spouse can change their mind and demand the house ? (without having to go back to the lawyer?

Though it's not required. I would urge everyone to approach their local government to take preemptive steps in preventing any scan of your face or RFID (if one so chooses to get one) without ones consent. Much like the laws passed in Washington and California in 2008. I would like to get everyone take on discussions about putting RFIDs in drivers licenses?

I cannot see what is wrong with having your face scanned.

If I were a terrorist or a bank robber, perhaps I'd think differently.

Public places are just that - public - which means that others can see you. Whether they use their eyes or their cameras, there's no difference. You are already NOT "private".

RFID is useful for animals, but biometrics is wonderfully non-intrusive and perfect for human beings.

If the government wants me to wear a chip so some guy in a desk can track my every movement, well then the joke is on them. I apologize to whomever is watching me, you're day must be very boring. I think tomorrow I'm going to go to the grocery store, then go back home... then probably to the bar later. You can track all that with my credit card purchases though, so just go ahead and take the day off - you've earned it.

5 days up to that date, i'm started to get anxiety...
Content from External Source
Good news !
The only bills that used the foreboding language;.....
" not later than the date that is 36 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, "
Content from External Source
were HR 3200 and HR 3962.

HR 3200, never passed the Senate and the version of HR 3962 that made it into law has only 28 pages and says nothing about microchips, RFID or 36 months after enactment date.

This is obsolete language, from bill versions that were dropped and disregarded.

This chip is already effective, Its in most of our animals,
to whom have an animal that we don't want to lose, or want to be found if lost,

You have implanted your pets with it,

did anyone ask who they feel, NO!!!

The chip that is used in animals, can ONLY be read with a scanner that has to used within a few inches of the location. The RFID chips used to prevent theft are larger, so a scanner in a door can read them. They are too big to be implanted

Too big to be realistically implanted, you'd need some quite significant surgery.

Why does everyone think the government is some big scary thing that commits mass atrocities behind the back of the population when its really just a bunch of old men who think its a good idea to send pictures of their penis over the internet.

thank you

Right one thing I will say straight away is, if the government are planning to implant these RFID chips into people, they will not pass a law, they will simply do it.

You have only debunked the law, not the chips themselves and not any plans for them. Only the governments know the real plans.

Have you some evidence that your government is planning this or are you just making it up? What would be the purpose?

I am stating that no-one knows their plans. This registry proves that the chips are being used, and they could quite easily be implanted without people even knowing if the government wanted it done. The purpose, would be control.. Everyone under GPS tracking, all of the body would be monitored they would know everything from where we are, to what we're saying, to how we feel... They could do so much with it. Not to mention the cyanide found in the chips that can instantly kill.

Are you being serious. The RFID chips that are available are passive and have a range of a few inches, never the mind the fact of implanting people without them knowing. I suggest you read up on the technology that is available as they took years to develop a chip that can sense blood glucose levels and that needs a transponder to go with it, never mind a whole body system. How in gods name would a chip know what you are saying unless it is placed near the mouth or vocal cords.

What is the purpose of this control when we live in an increasingly CCTV surveilled society with most financial transactions been electronic. To be frank all I have read is total nonsense so far as you would need an RFID chip the size of a horse suppository to do the functions you describe as well as a battery source.

There was no contradiction - "if the government are planning to implant these RFID chips into people, they will not pass a law, they will simply do it."

False- you present a hypothetical "if" - then express a certainty of their plans if that hypothetical is met.

You are stating a certainty when you claimed no one knows.

Umm you do know that the technology - not available for public use - is generally expected to be around 40 years ahead of where we are now? Supposing that is true, the technology would most certainly be there to do these things. Again - Nanotechnology. The voice tracking and body system tracking, that may well be out of reach, but not impossible (that is speculation). But the GPS tracking, that is highly feesible, as is the cyanide placed in the chip.

Well for that side of things, use logic. That is what they will do, there is no way everyone on the Earth is going to accept the RFID so they will either force it, or as discussed before, be pushed upon people through mandatory laws because of a disaster of sorts.

I didn't think we were talking about 40 yrs from now. No matter whether one likes or dislikes 'Obamacare', there will be very a different set of health care programs.

I see that your lack of real life experiences are effecting your viewpoint, again. Forcing things on folks is not as easy as you seem to think it is. The problems that the Chinese government ran into in forcing their 'one child policy' are an excellent example of this. And the Chinese peasant does not have a history of fighting authority, like citizens of the US and many other countries have.

No, I am talking about the technology that the government keeps hidden. It is supposed to be 40 years in advance of anything the public has, although I see that as an overstatement I still think they have more technology than we know.

No, it is not affecting my viewpoint at all. I do completely understand that and I do know of the problems you talk of. I think the US government knows that, and that is the reason I believe they will do it in secret. They would not want a revolt, but they do want to take control, so.. Why not do it in the shadows?
