Either your update or my update fixed it, or all the shaking jostled something loose

Now suddenly it's working fine. I did install a Flash update AFTER I noticed the problem. Maybe that fixed it?
Here's an "interesting glitch" (if that is what it is).
When a YouTube video is embedded, and watched in a thread....and then if I use the 'home' button on the keyboard to jump back to top of page...instead of the page jump, the YouTube video re-starts.
Not a biggie, you learn to adapt and live with it. Wondering if it's just computer "coding", or some other techie-geeky reason?
(ALSO...not related, but personal....I lost a cellphone, called it, can't hear it....BUT it chimes after a "missed call" (or VM) and NOW it's like a cricket....I can almost hear it going off, but cannot located it accurately. Ah, "technology"!!!)
That's a feature. Basically when you have clicked a youtube video, the "focus" is on that video, which is essentially an embedded web page.
Learn to say what you mean then![]()
Something was happening. I think it was just some spambots knocking around. Looks like I've got to block a few IP addressMick was there a DDoS attack on you (today, 29 June, ~1130 to 1200 PDT)?

Just out of curiosity, how were you able to detect this TJ?Mick was there a DDoS attack on you (today, 29 June, ~1130 to 1200 PDT)?

Thanks, I get to learn something new everyday.Jason, because I could not sign in to MetaBunk during that time-frame. Only reason I brought it up.
I don't know if it was my computer or what but for about 15 minutes or longer I kept getting a 502 error saying the issue was with this site. It wouldn't let me log on
Not today but I've brought it up from time to time. Where the alert will show up and it will be the same post you've viewed, and when you click on it there will be newer post in the thread that don't show up in the alerts as well. Not sure where problem lies but today I've been getting the same old post showing as a New Post (along with any new posts). It's the last one in https://www.metabunk.org/threads/ph...hat-you-took-yourself.2900/page-3#post-118778
No matter how many times I view it, it keeps being presented as NEW. Anyone else experiencing similar?
Very minor observation, likely due to recent upgrade changes. Some instances when editing posts, brief views of the text in a different font ('Times New Roman'?) appear, before converting to the 'standard' (is it "Tahoma"?)
Just a minor glitch, thought it interesting.
What browser are you using?
We used to get alerts when someone responded to a post. This doesn't happen, now.
Yes...I did. Seems the "bold" highlight is working, again.Did you get one for this post?
I've been getting a font size change as the result of using spellchecker. Chrome.
Try cleaning your caches. Apple just suck a higher class than Gates's sucks.Cannot copy/paste images simply anymore in safari
Could you copy/paste images with Safari before?Cannot copy/paste images simply anymore in safari (have to use the image button), but it still works in firefox.
It's not the site's fault (unless there's a conflict with safari specifically in the code), so I'm still in need of a good browser - safari uses all the ram (and is no longer updated for my OS), firefox uses all the cpu and won't play flash videos without freezing.
How does chrome perform on a mac using snow leopard?
No I used to use firefox until it became too bloated for my cpu to handle so I've just swapped - but it's apparently a limitation of the browser. It's only slightly annoying.Could you copy/paste images with Safari before?
