Doesn't matter. He thinks each WSR-88D site is capable of generating the "pulses" he sees. Which....of course they DO generate transmitted pulses...but those are not what is being observed in radar imagery, only their reflected energy.

Also, he mentions the second "pulse" that affected the storm, he believes, came from an aircraft. Wow. Amazing how he completely disregards the explanation given in the article he is linked to. It CLEARLY states what is being seen is low level circulation but if there is ANYTHING resembling rings, circles, squares,waves..heck it doesn't matter what size, shape, duration...anything it seems qualifies to him as a "pulse"....
