Japanese Cloud Seeding vs. Geoengineering Chimneys

Hello i'm new. Just reading many comments about how Geo-engineering is not taking place at all. (from first comment) "In general, another central claim of the presentation is that geoengineering is ongoing in the UK and elsewhere. This would be detectable if it were the case, as this debunking thread on the matter explains." Also this is from Mick's comment on the "Why planes make vapor trails" post which i couldn't comment on for some reason. "there’s at least five methods: “sprays from aircraft, land-based guns, rockets, manmade chimneys, and aerial balloons” – none of which have ever been attempted."
In relation to man made chimneys here is a report from kbtc news in Japan. Are these what you were talking about? See them in use

No, those Japanese "chimneys" are just standard ground based cloud seeding. Just like these, in the US:


A geoengineering chimney would be thousands of feet high, ideally into the stratosphere (over 30,000 feet).

Ok thanks for clarifying. Yes I have never seen a 30,000 foot tower pumping out chems.
