Ground level contrails in freezing US/Canada?

It's disappearing in part because it's dissipating with the convection, being so small. But likely also because the local humidity is not high enough to support ice fog.
 
Yes - I wasn't suggesting that the freezing is into a persistent ice fog - the freezing is just an illustration of how cold it is. Whether it dissipates quickly or not will then depend on the local conditions as always.

Hence the question - is anyone from over there experiencing such conditions? aircraft seem to be mostly grounded, but if some take off then perhaps conditions will allow them to make contrails as per the images here.
 
I think it will be in Canada or Alaska if so, not really cold enough in the contiguous.
