This is clearly fake and the "surgeon" is as medically adept as a McDonald's fry cook. That said for the body itself, what are the telltale signs of a fake? The skin, innards and guts look "real" enough to an everyman. What material are they really and how would a "corpse" like this be put together enough that it could be autopsy'd?

It looks like a thin walled silicone doll, probably built using a similar technique for manufacturing silicone masks by applying the layers of silicone on a shaped core and then demoulding. Internal "organs" can be made of polyurethane rubber to adjust the squishiness, and the "skeleton" made of resin, but the material is not too important, as the "surgeon" controls the scene. Then the "organs" and the partial "skeleton" can be fitted together and dressed in the simulated skin, like a hand to a glove.

Example of silicone mask manufacturing. Note how the skin thickness can be adjusted by increasing the number of layers. Then the mask is removed and can be painted on the inside, adding texture and anatomical details to simulate veins and fat. So, when it's cut open, the viewer sees the reddish hues and organic details. A syringe can be used to inject simulated blood into the cavity and the "organs" for extra "realism".
