I love the guys accent in that song..."gfffrey"- what regional or local Brit accent is that?

I don't think I can distinguish a regional accent as I'm hearing a mix of midlands and southern in his voice which would average out around Watford lol.

There seems to be two separate accents. The opening "stupid question, can't remember" has a hint of welsh, after that it's sort of southern midlands, Nottingham / Northampton / Derby area.
