A secret report claims the U.S benevolent ally, noted for its care of citizens, stability and human rights record, Saudi Arabia, sent 1300 death row inmates to fight in Syria to free the Syrian people from oppression by the dictator Assad and his evil regime.

Interesting. So do you think the leaked doc is fake?

Could it be they have/had loads on death row that have been there for years?

Also this happened, allegedly, in April 17, 2012... so may account for the low numbers in that year.

SAUDI ARABIA

TOTAL EXECUTED, 2007-2012 (423)
TOTAL SENTENCED TO DEATH, 2007-2012 (54)

Which is something of a nonsense because they apparently executed hundreds more than were sentenced.

United States
TOTAL SENTENCED TO DEATH, 2007-2012 (504)
TOTAL EXECUTED, 2007-2012 (220)

Syria
TOTAL SENTENCED TO DEATH, 2007-2012 (34)
TOTAL EXECUTED, 2007-2012 (33)

The prison population has risen to 47000

So if your figure were correct an estimate of say 4 or 5% of that would be on death row, which is high.

Saudi is not known for its appeal system and deals with death penalties fairly quickly so I would hazard that the figue is closure to the 140 mark.

I gave no idea about the document I am just addressing possible factual errors. If one thing is wrong how many more are?
