Phillip Marshall, 9/11 Conspiracy Theorist, Apparent Suicide? Or What?

Is the Free Press in America An Arm Of The Executive Branch?

Why does the US Constitution start out like this.

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

That is the very first sentence following the Preamble.

The executive branch is the most vulnerable to corruptive power because they are the ones with the guns. We do legitimate law enforcement no favors by allowing them to get the impression that they are above question. Honor is due for a job well, done, but to accept shoddy prejudicial work like this is dangerous to us all.

Thanks for the forum, metabunk.

Cont'd from above.

Let's look at a monumental failure of the press in holding the executive branch to account for it's version of facts. We the people also have a 'need to know' because citizens can't make good decisions based on bad information.

Judicial Watch is a conservative judicial watchdog organization with the motto "because nobody is above the law". They obtained the documents from the Energy Task Force by way of the FOIA, Freedom Of Information Act.

Note the dates on these documents 3/5/11 because that's what's most important about them.
http://www.judicialwatch.org/bulletins/maps-and-charts-of-iraqi-oil-fields/

See contracts part 1 and 2, and the map.

A Philosophical Note:
----
As we know, those of us who are mortal, temporal beings, experience time in such a way that time only moves one direction. An eternal being might experience things all at once, or see them as though through a pipe where all time overlays all other time and cause and effect are 'one'.

That may give us non-eternals a unique ability and a duty as witnesses on a time line due to our very limits in this regard.
----

This revelation about the Energy Task Force after the FOIA request was fulfilled is now more than a decade old, and it probably isn't worth pushing the media to do their jobs which they appear to be loathe to do, but this example is useful in demonstrating the need for citizens to take the constitutional rights we do have to preserve, protect, defend and even enforce the Supreme Law of the Land so that this Republic stands a snowball's chance of attaining the goals the founders had for this nation.

And one of those rights we are guaranteed by the Constitution is freedom of speech. The "citizens's press", which is currently the internet, and which is under constant assault by those wishing to make free speech cost money -- a diminishing resource for the 99%.

And another of those rights it the right to have a defense when accused of a crime, as Phillip Marshall was, even if you're dead. And as I see it, the right to "counsel" for that defense since dead guys can't talk. So... here I am.

There's undoubtedly a reasonable explanation for why Cheney divided Iraq's oil resources up at that time (i.e., some explanation that does not involve time travel or a crystal ball), but we have never heard that explanation and that's because the press didn't want to look into it and we didn't insist on hearing that explanation from "the authorities" at that time.

So having learned our lesson (let's say, at least hypothetically);

We now insist the sheriffs show evidence that they have any evidence that proves Phillip Marshal shot his kids in the living room, then went into the bedroom and shot the dog, and then returned to the living room and shot himself.

That's all.

If he's really guilty, then "great job", guys. But we cannot say that yet. And if he's not guilty, he's been punished, slandered, his character has been assassinatied for a crime he didn't commit and the real culprits are still out there somewhere, terrorizing those who know that the sheriffs didn't do their due diligence in this matter.

Ten weeks and the investigation is still not complete. No ballistics. No DNA.

Why?

Copperopolis, CA -- The Calaveras County Sheriff's Office confirms that one of its patrol vehicles was recently involved in a rollover accident.

Little information has been released, but it happened on Sunday evening at around 6:30. "A deputy who was responding to a call for service was involved in a single vehicle accident on Little John Road in Copperopolis," says Sgt. Chris Hewitt. "The deputy did receive minor injuries during the crash. The patrol car is a 2006 Ford Expedition, and the vehicle did suffer major damage."

The Sheriff's Department says the name of the deputy is not being released because they are still conducting an internal investigation. The deputy was responding to a report of a domestic dispute. It was "code three," which is considered an emergency situation.

When law enforcement and the public work cooperatively.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...t-FBI-use-phone-records-identify-suspect.html

On page 10 in this thread we compare a suicide murder to the sheriffs' investigation of the deaths at the Marshall residence.

Since this thread has been deemed "off topic" and to "ramble", let us ramble to the link above and see what an "investigation" looks like when it's above board and up front, or even when it is cooperative with the public.

Notice that the warning is displayed prominently about some "graphic images".

We are the public. We have a right to know. We have a need to know.

Still no ballisitcs results, still no dna results, still no photos or scanned documents, no autopsy results ($10). And it's been TEN WEEKS!

And Phillip Marshall is still being denied his DEFENSE.

Errata:
In msg 402 I misreported the date when the oil fields were being divided up. I wrote 5/3/11, but the dates on the documents are "Mar 5, 2001", six months before the 9/11 attacks.

https://www.metabunk.org/posts/37091

See link above.

Apologies to all.

Note: The docs at Judicial Watch are NOT any part of Phillip Marshall's conspiracy theory. It's evidence that the media is useless AND DANGEROUS in this democracy and tends to prove that Marshall was right even if he was wrong.

Right even if he was wrong?

Indeed, KSM could NOT have masterminded the 9/11 attacks, or if he did, Cheney knew what he was up to 6 months in advance AND the Bush administration used the occasion to invade the wrong country. This all should be common knowledge by now and it's evidence that the media has been acting like cheer leaders for the Executive branch rather than as quality control. Real quality control serves both the public and law enforcement and assures that honor to those serving the public is deserved and heart felt, because it is deserved and due for a job well done instead of sickening fawning to bullies, which not even law enforcement personnel could respect.

Note that Phillip Marshall's posts appear to be consistent and show no signs of approaching mental breakdown here. His last post deals with the problem with KSM being the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks.
http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Big-Bamboozle/211695725591491

WHAT IS THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY HIDING?
HINT: There is no evidence that KSM was behind the training of the hijackers; it was a Saudi Government operation and Bush and Cheney have been covering it up for 12 years. READ the Big Bamboozle for the answers. Bring this case to US Federal court where it belongs!

His twitter page similarly shows no change in his posts, though in the last week we do see that he switched from tmblr.co to fb.me as his url shortening server.

Here's Marshall's twitter page. The lights went out on Jan 31 (though times of death were not even established in the investigation reports and remain confused as to whether it was Thurs night as is suggested by when they quit texting and when they missed school or Sat afternoon when the bodies were discovered, as had been previously preported would be the "official times of death" by the union democrat).

https://twitter.com/thebigbamboozle

Again, apologies for the typo in the date. NOW you see the significance of those docs?

And thanks to Judicial Watch for catching that issue, though it seems nobody ever noticed.

Another point for comparison:

As of this time, the police have been in a shootout with the "suspects" in the boston marathon bombing.

They still refer to them "suspects", though one was shot dead in a shootout.

Phillip Marshall was never a "suspect". He was determined to have been the shooter within hours of finding the bodies, though even the front door was unlocked, and before the investigation was completed.

At this time, the DNA and ballistics results still haven't been released, no photos (blurred out or otherwise) of the crime scene nor photocopies of any of the alleged documents have been seen and the coroners report ($10) is still unavailable to the public.

The release of this information has now been delayed almost ELEVEN WEEKS since the bodies were found.

PS. I have downloaded R, the open source statistical analysis software similar to stata, used to analyze crime data such as was used to analyze the Sandy Hook murders.

As an aside, your average teacher is apparently a hero. Wow. Check out the wikipedia article on Sandy Hook. Also, see how long it took the police to show up and get into the building after being dispatched. Six minutes total? Nine at most?

Statistical methods that may be useful in evaluating the sheriffs' investigation selected from The Seven Basic Tools of Quality Control

From those listed here.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven_Basic_Tools_of_Quality

A. The Check Sheet (re. delay, time between investigation completness at time of conclusion, legal standard requirments for proof of guilt (the null hypothesis) vs presumption of guilt)

B. The Pareto Chart (re. relationships between evidence and conclusions as reported in the third investigation report, e.g., "no sign of forced entry" is inconclusive since multiple doors, including the front door were found unlocked.)

C. The Scatter Diagram (re. frequency of tests done in other precincts, evidence shown, etc. comparison with tests done in the Phillip Marshall case)

Due to the subjective nature of this case some of the data would be difficult to score. But in regard to Phillip Marshall was immediately portrayed as the "murderer" who was only "suspected" of being drug crazed and mentally ill, rather than as the "suspected murderer" (the numerous flaws in their logic and interpretations of the presumed evidence notwithstanding), it can be seen that the caleveras sheriffs would score 0, as of their very first investigation report, issued within hours of finding the bodies.

That does not bode well for any scoring method for any statistical analysis regardless of how subjective and/or forgiving it might be.

Results of some of the less subjective points may be illuminating though interpreting statistics can be misleading, so the methods and data will have to be objective, such as "this or that" test (or evidence) was or wasn't done (or was/wasn't considered) using Bayor logistics for binary data and computing the statistical significance of the omissions.

Full investigation results are now delayed (approx) 11 weeks, as of this writing. See details above.

The union democrat has a new article.

Note: Sean Plummer (whose name may or may not have been changed legally), we can presume, did not have a "warrant" for these constitutionally protected documents. We don't know what the reason is for her bitterness toward Phillip, and they had been together since they both cleaned up in early 2009 until about 4 months before the deaths.

Here's a few snips.

The mother of two teenagers, slain more than two months ago by their father, revealed details of the downward spiral of their marriage in an exclusive interview and various legal records she provided to The Union Democrat.

Sean Plummer married Philip Marshall on April 14, 1995. In the earliest years of their marriage, there were no signs of Marshall’s dark side, she said.

“He was not mentally ill when I met him,” Plummer said. “He was very charming and funny … everybody loved him. I was fooled, and that’s how good these people are.”

About a year after their son, Alex, was born in November 1995, Plummer said she “started seeing signs of anger … he couldn’t find something (so) he’d just tear things up.”

According to a Jan. 7, 2009, treatment summary written by Florida psychiatrist Dr. Liana Urfer, and provided by Plummer to The Union Democrat, Marshall was diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder after “a period of apparent manic symptoms occurring in 2001 to 2003.”

Urfer wrote that prescriptions of Wellbutrin, Lamictal and Provigil were successively given to Marshall then discontinued “due to lack of perceived efficacy.” She saw “no evidence of active manic or hypomanic symptoms” during treatment from September 2006 to December 2007.

Plummer says killer husband controlling ‘sociopath’
Written by Sean Janssen, The Union Democrat April 19, 2013 06:53 am

In 2002, Marshall, a professional airline pilot, “was smoking a lot of (marijuana) … and absolutely should not have been flying a plane,” Plummer recalled.

When the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks occurred, Plummer said Marshall developed an obsession.

“I think whenever you get that intent on something … you start alienating yourself,” she said. “That was his whole life.”

Marshall went on to research and write two books theorizing Saudi Arabian and United States government collusion in the attacks — 2008’s “False Flag 911: How Bush, Cheney and the Saudis Created the Post-911 World” and “The Big Bamboozle: 9/11 and the War on Terror,” published in February 2012.

The United Airlines pilot injured himself on Sept. 3, 2004, carrying several pieces of luggage up a jetway and stairs when he experienced a pop in his left knee, according to records from a Redwood City clinic.

A February 2006 visit to the same clinic revealed non-work-related degenerative damage to his hip. He took the painkiller Vicodin at that time and went on to have knee surgery in November 2006 as well as an injection to block the hip pain.

Marshall made brief attempts to return to work but last flew for United on Nov. 30, 2005, effectively ending his 16-year career with the airline. A Nov. 17, 2006, letter to Marshall from United stated the airline began to pay him a $9,008 monthly disability benefit in December 2005.

The family moved regularly. In retrospect, Plummer said she can look back and see it as an aspect of Marshall’s controlling nature. She worked as a buyer for Nordstrom and started her own clothing line among jobs at various stops.

“Whenever I would do really well, we would move,” Plummer said.

The couple separated briefly in 2006 while living in Florida.

Plummer said Marshall convinced her then to see a psychotherapist.

The therapist helped in an unexpected way.

“All the sudden I figured out it wasn’t me,” she said, adding the therapist described Marshall to her as a “charismatic sociopath” and a narcissist.

<snip>

Plummer claims she took the pills to give to her lawyer as proof of Marshall’s drug use. She spent two days in jail, and charges were dropped nearly a year later after she attended Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

Thanks for posting that. Interesting article.

Just a few observations. First let me say that outside of anyone who knew him and his immediate family no one wants him to be not guilty more than me (except you! :D).

After listening to every interview I could find, and reading everything he wrote that's on the web, I found him to be very intelligent and most importantly one who insisted on doing the job that was *not* done by our "officials"- there are so many problems with the "official" 911 version someone needs to question it and it's appalling that more do not.

Criticism of the 9/11 Commission

Criticism of the 9/11 Commission includes a variety of criticisms of the 9/11 Commission, the United States congressional commission set up to investigate the September 11 attacks in 2001 and chaired by former New Jersey Governor Thomas Kean. Because the investigation was politically sensitive, many participants have been criticized during the process. Leading critics include members of the 9/11 Family Steering Committee and the Jersey Girls, who according to the documentary 9/11: Press for Truth, were instrumental in overcoming government resistance to establishing the 9/11 Commission.[1]

The 9/11 Commission members were appointed by President George W. Bush and the United States Congress, which led to the criticism that the Commission was not independent. The Commission stated in its report that their "aim has not been to assign individual blame," a judgment which some critics believed would obscure the facts of the matter in a nod to consensus politics. In addition, some members of victims' families have claimed that the Commission had a conflict of interest...>>Much Much MORE
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criticism_of_the_9/11_Commission

His work regarding how the pilots actually did what they supposedly did is outstanding. Hopefully others will follow up on it and keep digging. If he actually had documents that proved that the hijackers were trained here in the US those documents need to be made public and we need to force people to be held accountable. That's one thing lacking in all of government right now-accountability.

Our "leaders" can literally blow our entire treasury, take us into debt that our grandchildren will have to worry about, take us into a police state, start wars that kill hundreds of thousands of innocent people--

and no one so much as loses a job, let alone put on trial and punished. It's disgusting to watch.

Anyway- RE: the Union Democrat article on Sean Marshall Plummer:

According to a Jan. 7, 2009, treatment summary written by Florida psychiatrist Dr. Liana Urfer, and provided by Plummer to The Union Democrat, Marshall was diagnosed with bipolar affective disorder after “a period of apparent manic symptoms occurring in 2001 to 2003.”

911 did that to ordinary people. Phillip Marshall apparently knew one or more of the pilots that were killed on 911. Being a pilot himself of course he would take the entire thing more personally than most. I wonder what specifically were these "manic symptoms".

In 2002, Marshall, a professional airline pilot, “was smoking a lot of (marijuana) … and absolutely should not have been flying a plane,” Plummer recalled.

Nonsense. Anyone that knows about Cannabis knows that it doesn't make pilots unable to fly aircraft. She should worry about the drugs that come with a warning of suicidal and violent behavior rather than the Cannabis herb. Sean's first swing was a miss.

Now we're getting somewhere- Drugs piled on top of other drugs. The Western Way of "treatment".

Wellbutrin (buproprion):

Two years later, the FDA issued a health advisory, which warned that the prescription of bupropion and varenicline for smoking cessation has been associated with reports about unusual behaviour changes, agitation and hostility. Some patients have become depressed or have had their depression worsen, have had thoughts about suicide or dying, or have attempted suicide

Mania is one of the rare side effects of bupropion. The prescribing information notes that "it is generally believed (though not established in controlled trials)" that, should an episode of depression actually be the first presentation of bipolar disorder, treating it with antidepressants, including bupropion, may precipitate a manic episode...

Lamictal

Other side-effects include loss of balance or coordination, double vision, crossed eyes, pupil constriction, blurred vision, dizziness and lack of coordination, drowsiness, insomnia, anxiety, vivid dreams or nightmares, dry mouth, mouth ulcers,[citation needed] memory and cognitive problems, mood changes, runny nose, cough, nausea, indigestion, abdominal pain, weight loss, missed or painful menstrual periods, and vaginitis. The side-effect profile is different for different patient populations

Provigil (modafinl)

Back pain
Headache
Nausea
Nervousness
Stuffy nose
Diarrhea
Anxiety
Dizziness
Upset stomach
Trouble sleeping

Doesn't appear to be like the others.

When the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks occurred, Plummer said Marshall developed an obsession.

Thank goodness. Too bad more people didn't. One day the truth will come out and lots of people will wish they had been obsessed with finding it.

A February 2006 visit to the same clinic revealed non-work-related degenerative damage to his hip. He took the painkiller Vicodin at that time and went on to have knee surgery in November 2006 as well as an injection to block the hip pain.

Add Vicoden to the list-on top of Wellbutrin, Lamictal, and Provigil. Drugs Drugs Drugs and Sean is worried about a plant that Queen Victoria used for cramps. My my what a mess.

“This is a charismatic sociopath,” Plummer said. “Period. The end. There is no medication for that.”

At this point, could Sean have legally prevented her kids from contact with this "sociopath"? If not why not?

On Nov. 11, 2008, a Calaveras County sheriff’s deputy arrested Plummer on suspicion of petty theft, trespassing and possession of drugs without a prescription after Marshall hid in a shower and videotaped her removing his painkillers from the bathroom of the Forest Meadows home.

Plummer claims she took the pills to give to her lawyer as proof of Marshall’s drug use.

Sure she did. This behavior doesn't look good, Sean. Trespassing and stealing drugs? Are you a liar too Sean?

She said Marshall had become suicidal.

Sean- the drugs that Phillip Marshall had been taking COME WITH A WARNING OF SUICIDAL BEHAVIOR! Sheesh it's like people can't read or reason. It's unbelievable.

“I took (Phil) to Istanbul with me,” Plummer said, recalling a trip done as part of Broads Abroad,

Broads Abroad- ROFL

Records provided by Plummer showed the Forest Meadows home was financially distressed. The couple had “negative equity” of $63,000 in the house, according to a letter to the couple from a mediator in their divorce proceedings, which Plummer renewed in October 2012.

A negative equity because those in our government that call themselves "leaders" weren't doing their job. Another case of unaccountability. Is that going to cause stress? of course it is.

Plummer said she has paid little mind to conspiracy theories circulating online and even picked up by Iranian television that say the U.S. government covered up a murder of Marshall and his children. Plummer did say she thinks Marshall knew those theories would abound in light of his books.

Wayne Madsen was a fool to make the statements he did without waiting for the Sheriff's report. He discredited himself worse than that Hopsicker guy. He wishes he could delete some youtubes I bet.

Society helped him be a bully, not just society but government … sure, yeah, give him a gun. Let him buy ammo,” she said. “I’ll never be able to be inside his head. I’ll never be able to know for sure … (but) he missed a little something about me. I have too much faith in God.”

Plummer said she will campaign for increased gun control and better treatment of mental illness.

More concern about the gun than the drugs. Typical American circa 2013.

Plummer said the Sheriff’s Office has provided her the name of the laboratory that still has possession of Marshall’s computer and her children’s cell phones. She is working to have them returned.

We'd like to see the book he was working on Sean. Oh, and if there are documents that prove the hijackers were trained in the US we'd like those too. Thanks in advance.

She also expects drugs seized from Marshall’s home to be tested to help determine what effects they may have had on his mind when combined.

Here's a hint: Don't waste a lot of time on the Cannabis.

Finally- if the Sheriff's report is to be believed, and Rainbow Sally is doing an excelent job of asking for proof- thanks- it pretty much means case closed. If they have the video tape of him buying that ammo, if they have those clothes, if they have everything they say they have- I think Phillip Marshall lost his mind because of the drugs. I'd like to see the proof though.

It is amazing to see the denial regarding the side effects of these drugs. People will say "Correlation does not equal causation" Over and Over and Over and Over again- usually without looking at the documented cases or reading any of the papers that detail *exactly* the kind of behaviour that Phillip is accused of.

For the last time on this thread anyway, please see:

Case 1

In 1998, a new family doctor, unaware of this adverse reaction to fluoxetine, prescribed paroxetine 20 mg to DS, for what was diagnosed as an anxiety disorder. Two days later having had, it is believed, two doses of medication, DS using a gun put three bullets each through the heads of his wife, his daughter who was visiting, and his nine-month-old granddaughter before killing himself.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1564177/

Does that not look pretty much exactly like what happened in Forest Meadows, if the Sheriff's report is to be believed?

Some of the drugs that Phillip Marshall took COME WITH A MANDATED WARNING of suicidal and violent behavior. Why is the warning mandated?

Rainbow Sally: Please don't stop demanding proof or questioning.

Question Everything!

Thanks Xenon.

I appreciate your comments, but my primary concern is getting at the truth, either way, which will not happen if nobody advocates for the dead guy. So I am acting as Phillip Marshall's 'defencs counsel'. I've never met any of the family members but I have read the US Constitution. ;-)

I am looking for "Best Evidence" to make the truth easier to unravel.

On the prosecution side (Sean's and the sheriff's arguments), part of their BEST EVIDENCE that Phillip Marshall killed his kids is the mental stability thing which sheriffs relied on very heavily for their proof of guilt. But if that's a "best evidence" it sucks.

The union democrat article (very well written) shows that Phillip Marshal was "diagnosed" with a bipolar affective condition ... and then the medication was discontinued. Why? Due to lack of efficacy. Why wasn't it effective? Because he did NOT have a bipolar affective condition or had spontaneously recovered by 2007, five years before the deaths.

And this "treatment summary" came from Sean who, at this point, we can consider a "hostile witness" so we might also want to look into this, since she has a record of illegal behavior. Or shall we say she has a "criminal record" for improved clarity.

One treatment summary, from one psychiatrist (or two) and to whom was this summary issued? Normally "medical records" are confidential.

Let's now back up a step.

Guilt = "did the deed".

The only issue here, is whether or not he pulled the trigger in any or all of the murders. The mental stability issue only applies to guessing whether he might have. Even if he was wacked out, unless he murdered them, he's innocent.

And now let's drop that defense angle for a second and take a counter offensive tack.

If being a "bad parent" were at issue, Sean's complaint about Phillip Marshall being "controlling" may come from him being an airline captain, rather than being a "sociopath" (which is apparently her own "diagnosis"), and her performance as a parent is SHOCKING!

Ten kids over every weekend night in a downstairs room they call "the cave"? When I was a kid they used to call places like that a party pad.

It appears Macaila, under the parentage of the mom, may have been working on developing an addiction to alcohol. At the age of 14. Macaila, Sean Marshall/Plummer said was the more independent of the two kids.

Was she more independent, or dependent. The mom apparently let the kids run out of control.

[Note: Macaila's blood alcohol was higher than Alex's, and Phillips was zero. On top of that Macaila had taken diphenhydramine too. Also note that the sheriffs said they found whiskey and an open 12-pack of beer "in the home" but they did NOT specify where they found it.]

But being a STUPID mother (who happened to know the safe combination -- maybe we can get into the significance of that note found to Sean in the safe later) does not imply that she hired a hit team to take out her husband and kids because they were witnesses, and her dog for obvious reasons.

Neither theory is tenable for the simple reason that it isn't a proof of ANYTHING! It's a bind guess. These guesses are great for media sensationalism, but worthless as a "best evidence" of guilt or innocence.

Now with our heads on straight again...

As you noted, pretty much everyone was freaking out around 2001 - 2003 due to a) the 9/11 attacks and b) the rush to war in the WRONG COUNTRY, and about 1 in 10 Americans was suffering from depression even before that happened.

If the "best evidence" that Phillip Marshall was "depressed" or worse: bipolar affective, this suggests that he should have killed himself and his kids when he was taking the dangerous drug cocktail. He apparently spontaneously recovered mental illness at least three years prior to the event.

Even the best evidence of a bipolar disorder doesn't apply. [Note: the sheriffs' report, in the one "medical record" obtained under warrant only "suggested" that Phillip Marshall had "some kind of mental illness".]

Moreover, whether the details of his conspiracy theory were right or wrong, his latest post at his facebook page does not show any signs of mood change (so the "sociopath" theory is next in the queue?). AND it was apparently right.

People: KSM is NOT the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks. How do we know this? (Find "judicial watch" above)

So how did the drug crazed delusional lunatic sociopathic overly-controling conspiracy theorist dad get that right despite the haze of delirium and depressing euphoria caused by his drug dependence?

And how did the mom get it wrong. And how did the sherrifs get it wrong.

Heres' Phillip Marshall's facebook page. The same can be seen on his twitter page though with less context, we see NO evidence of a mood change.

http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Big-Bamboozle/211695725591491

Here's another link to the judicial watch docs. (See "judicial watch" above for a description of their significance.) This judical watch article pertains to "best evidence" that 9/11 was not masterminded by the man whose confession was coerced after being waterboarded 180 times in one month. Is Cheney "psychic"? Note the dates.

About SSRIs.

From the defense angle the dangers of the drugs the Pharmaceutical companies hand out (even when 1 percent of infants convulse when given certain flu vaccines -- banned in Australia, still sold here), is counterproductive as a defense argument because it has no direct bearing on guilt or innocence in THIS case because the case boils down to "who pulled the trigger". Phillip Marshall -- Yes/No. And the accused enjoys the presumption of innocence until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and there are many very reasonable doubts due to the horrible job the sheriffs did and continue to do in their so called "investigation".

DNA tests and ballistics test results have not been revealed IN A MURDER INVESTIGATION after (now) 11 weeks.

WHY!

Bipolar Affective Disorder (Manic Depression)

Article 1 (Australian page)

Prognosis, medication, don't match; symptoms don't match from what we know, i.e., Phillip Marshall did not appear to have an eating disorder like anorexia. No signs of social withdrawal. Increase in goal directed behavior may match, but doesn't appear to be associated with risk taking behavior, etc. Diagnosis method doesn't match.

Social patterns don't match.

Excerpt:
Almost all patients will recover form a depressive or manic episode in time. However, BPAD often has considerable effect on a person's functioning and patients with BPAD often have relationship and occupational difficulties.

Article 2 (British page)

Mania and hypomania descriptions do not match descriptions from close friends. (People that are prejudiced against "truthers", which Phillip Marshal was, apparently believe being one is a mental illness in itself). Symptoms don't appear to match (see twitter and facebook pages, no change over time).

None of the descriptions of Phillip Marshall included words like "bizarre" (second snip below).

Excerpt:

Bipolar disorder is a serious, chronic (long-term) condition where you have periods of depression (lows) and periods of mania or hypomania (highs). Treatment with mood stabiliser medicines such as lithium, anticonvulsants or antipsychotic medicines aims to keep your mood within normal limits.

...

Consider being quite open to family and friends about your condition. If they understand the condition, they may be able to tell if you are becoming ill, even if you do not realise it yourself - particularly, if you are developing an episode of mania. Rather than thinking of you as bizarre they may think of you as ill and may encourage you to get help

---

Time of death once again becomes important. If Phillip Marshall was having an episode, the kids might have mentioned it to their friends. Being a weeknight when they all died (which is almost certain, though the investigation done by the sheriffs avoids determining a specific time of death to within at least a DAY for unknown reasons) Phillip would have had access to mental health services during normal business hours -- or as an emergency.

Note that he had NOT had any alcohol in his blood. If he was feeling depressed, would he not have had alcohol in his blood? The kids did. Also, the amounts of vicodin and morphine in his blood were modest, suggesting that he was taking those as prescribed for his chronic back pain, again NOT matching the alleged "diagnosis" of having a bipolar disorder or bipolar affective condition.

The welbutrin (the common name for the antidepressant he was taking) was present in a higher amount (ten times either of the pain killers), but without a time of death and since that drug degrades quickly in blood samples if they aren't immediately refrigerated, it is may be difficult to tell if he had overdosed on welbutrin -- or if the blood sample had been contaminated somehow.

Note: None of the symptoms reported by either of his wives (both of whom appeared to be hostile to him in interviews taken by the union democrat news web page) could not be attributable to adult ADHD, for which welbutrin is also effective. That's just one of the alternate possibilities. (The "bipolar diagnosis" was apparently dropped after a time, according to the document Sean Marshall/Plummer gave to the union democrat.) Welbutrin is also helpful in overcoming methamphetamine addiction, and meth symptoms can be confused with bipolar disorder symptoms, according to the articles linked above.

AND FINALLY...

Who has copies of Phillip Marshal's latest book/notes? Did he have the knockout punch, as Wayne Madsen suggested? Note carefully the dates when Iraq oil fields were being divided up here. Grab copies to assure the history is preserved if you want to.

Also see Phillip's last post here, dated the day the Phillip, Alex, and Macaila almost certainly died. http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Big-Bamboozle/211695725591491

What indeed are they hiding? Points on a time line?

The sheriff's unofficial update (which may or may not be reliable, as in the case of the "time of death" and whether Phillip Marsha's fatal wound was to his left or right temple), says...

Philip Marshall’s toxicology screen showed the painkillers hydrocodone and morphine in his blood as well as hydroxybupropion, a derivative of the antidepressant bupropion, according to the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office.

A property report of items seized from Marshall’s home by investigators after the killings lists numerous prescription bottles belonging to Marshall: a bottle of hydrocodone mixed with Tylenol; two bottles of bupropion; and one or two bottles each of the antidepressants amitriptylene, escitalopram, aripiprazole and bupropion, some of which were empty.

http://www.uniondemocrat.com/News/Local-News/Plummer-says-killer-husband-controlling-sociopath

A. buproprion/welbutrin = NON-SSRI, multi purpose
B. Amitriptyline SSRI, multi purpose
C. escitalopram/lexapro/ciprolex = SSRI, multi purpose

D. aripiprazole/abilify = used in the treatment of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and clinical depression.

The first three in the list have multiple purposes ranging from use to help children overcome betwetting, aiding withdrawal from meth/cocaine addiction, to pain blocking or treatment of depression and/or bipolar disorder.

The abilify is the one that seems to have a purpose directly addressing psychosis and depression/bipolar disorders.

It would be good to know a) who these drugs were prescribed for, b) what the dates are on the bottles, and if possible c) who prescribed them/what specifically they were prescribed for and how many pills were left in the bottles. (For example, an old prescription with nearly all of the pills still in the bottle would suggest that it was not having the desired effect.)

It should be noted that the sheriffs KNOW who the prescribing doctor is, and could easily determine who and why, but as usual, the reports are spotty, generally misleading, and seemingly only released to bolster their original conclusion WHEN they feel like it. Their hasty conclusion, which I have mentioned several times in the past, was determined mere hours* after the discovery of the bodies and to date the only evidence that Phillip Marshall may have had a genuine mental illness is the bottle of "Abilify".

When.

How many pills are gone.

There was NO MENTION of these medications in the official investigation report.

Are they waiting for the DNA and ballistics results before releasing a full report? (Or are those results already known to them too.)

-------------
* One of the "suspects" in the boston bombing was shot a couple of days ago and is dead. The other was shot yesterday and is in the hospital -- and still retains the presumption of innocence. Phillip Marshall was NEVER even called a "suspect" though the investigation and/or the report is NOT complete yet and the coroner's report ($10) is not available for purchase by the public.

WHY!

Find "AND FINALLY" on this page. Hang onto your hats, kids. Marshall was apparently really onto something. And now we have a workable alternative "motive" both for taking the antidepressants AND the murders. (They are not the same motives... take a look, seriously.)

Thanks for this forum, metabunk.

Working on a time line.
[Completely Reworked. Also see "AND FINALLY" on this page.]

Time Line # 1 The Psychiatrist

Who diagnosed Phllip Marshall as having a bipolar disorder? I want to point out something that has become clear from a time line analysis as I am assembling it. There are other tidbits already and I may leak them out in drips and drabs I go.

This pertains to the quality of "evidence" used to prove that Phillip Marshall killed his kids and himself though several doors in the home were unlocked including the front door. The DNA and ballistics tests were allegedly sent to the labs in January but as yet the sheriffs have not released the results. Instead they offer prejudicial and faulty evidence to support their hasty guess that Phillip (the dad) killed his kids and himself.

See "Was It A Gut Feeling Or Just Indigestion".

Could the psychiatrist that was allegedly treating Phillip for bipolar disorder from Sept 2006 to Dec 2007 have been treating him for anything at all? The Marshall family moved to Murphys (in Caleveras County, California) in 2006.

--- begins
Urfer wrote that prescriptions of Wellbutrin, Lamictal and Provigil were successively given to Marshall then discontinued “due to lack of perceived efficacy.” She saw “no evidence of active manic or hypomanic symptoms” during treatment from September 2006 to December 2007.

http://www.uniondemocrat.com/News/Local-News/Plummer-says-killer-husband-controlling-sociopath

Let's create a movable time line for when they were living in Caleveras and a fixed on for the dates of when Phillip was allegedly being treated by a paychiatrist in Florida. (Phillip retired as a commercial airline pilot in 2005.)

2006................2007...............2008................ 2009
Jan ------- Sept -- Jan --------- Dec -Jan ---------
................[- treated in Florida -]......................
...................[-- living in Caleveras --------- ]

The stuff in [these brackets] are like strips of paper you can slide left and right on the dotted lines

Any way you slide "living in caleveras" around with it starting in 2006 it's.hard to see how Phillip Marshall could been in both places at once.

The fact that Phillip Marshall was taking pain medication (for degenerating hip, knee injury, chronic back pain) and welbutrin for something is not in dispute. What is in dispute is the legitimacy of the document that suggests Phillip Marshall had a bipolar disorder which originates with the wife and is utterly unbelievable on the face of it yet has been half of the basis of the sheriffs' theory that Phillip Marshall was capable of killing himself and his kids. (The other half is in the "Gut Feeling Or Indigestion" docs.)

There are other time line curiosities about this alleged "record" produced as evidence of Phillip Marshall having a bipolar condition as well. The manic events were reported to have occurred in 2001 - 2003. The observation and treatment didn't start until 2006 and continued for a year. The report was not written until 2009 and was written by an out of state psychiatrist who didn't write the treatment summary until another two years later and who said she never saw evidence of the bipolar disorder, which taken all together doesn't even need the solid proof that the report is a fraud as demonstrated previously, and none of this raised questions in the minds of the sheriffs.

All time data is from the same article.
http://www.uniondemocrat.com/News/Local-News/Plummer-says-killer-husband-controlling-sociopath

Whether or not Phillip Marshall actually had a bipolar disorder or was a controlling sociopath (though two of their three residences were where Sean, the wife, had family and none were where Phillip, the husband had family) has no bearing on whether Phillip is guilty of murder-suicide. Whether he's guilty of murdering his kids and killing himself depends only on whether or not he pulled the trigger.

Rather than producing the DNA and ballistics evidence, the sheriffs' investigation is relying on "records" such as this that are apparently fraudulent unless there is some way to explain how and why Phillip would be getting psychiatric treatment in a state where he did not live.

Phillip Marshall never enjoyed the privilege of being called a "suspect" as the Boston Bombers did. He was immediately pronounced guilty and the logic and evidence, as we can see from the very first time line analyzed, is "suspect".

Time Line # 2 - Phillip Grounded

[See #1 above and also "AND FINALLY" on this page.]

The second time line is very similar to the first and probably has the same origins and certainly has similar problems.

If Phillip resigned from United in 2005, how could the airline have suspended him, or "grounded" him in 2006?

Why didn't he continue to work for airline?

This is trivial enough that we don't need the graphics, but let's do it for fun. (Adding 'x' blocks to indicate limit of movement.)

2005--------Nov--2006-----------
.................[-retired- ..............]
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx[-grounded-]....

We can see that there is no way to slide "grounded" to when it could have happened before he was retired. Disability payments from the ariline began on

--- begin
A Nov. 17, 2006, letter to Marshall from United stated the airline began to pay him a $9,008 monthly disability benefit in December 2005.
--- end
http://www.uniondemocrat.com/News/Local-News/Plummer-says-killer-husband-controlling-sociopath

But the sheriffs bought that "grounded" theory too.

Final Argument For Phillip Marshall's Defense

As we can see, the times of the psychiatric treatment and where the Marshalls live present a paradox. Also, if Phillip Marshall had retired in 2005, and the sheriffs reported that he was "grounded" due to having a bipolar disorder in 2006, there's another paradox.

--- excerpt
Marshall made brief attempts to return to work but last flew for United on Nov. 30, 2005, effectively ending his 16-year career with the airline. ud
http://www.uniondemocrat.com/News/Local-News/Plummer-says-killer-husband-controlling-sociopath
--- ends

This only bears on the theory that Phillip killed his kids due to having a bipolar disorder.

In fact it doesn't matter if he was mad as a hatter, the only criteria that pertains to his guilt is whether or not he pulled the trigger but the two PROOFS that the sheriffs' evidence has been falsified by someone is where this giant Gordion Knot can be unraveled.

Still Missing Evidence: DNA results have not been released. Ballistics tests have not been released.

I have worked on this for three months and this is the smallest condensation of the mountain of data I can produce, but it is the "best evidence" I can come up with PROVING that the entire investigation needs to be redone -- correctly.

We now have two proofs that the sheriffs evidence is objectively flawed. Now let's look at a subjective point that deals with previous accusations of Marshall being violent and see if it is consistent with the sheriffs' theory or with Phillip's innocence.

--- excerpt
According to police reports, Philip became involved in an argument with Chamberlain outside of Sean’s home on the 100 block of Fieldstone Drive in Murphys. The argument stemmed from Philip wanting to see Macaila. During the argument, he allegedly slapped Chamberlain in the face. Hewitt said charges were not filed ultimately “due to credibility issues with witnesses.”

See "Credibility issues with the witnesses", above. The pattern has continued, the only difference is that THAT time, Phillip was able to defend himself.

Once you start seeing these patterns they become more clear.

And once you understand that Phillip Marshall's conspiracy theory was at least right in some regards, things really begin to shape up. (What happened to Barry Seal?).

Pls note the dates on the documents here. Particularly the dates of the "contracts" and place them on a time line.

http://www.judicialwatch.org/bulletins/maps-and-charts-of-iraqi-oil-fields/

I have spent three months of my own time without pay on this. It's up to you now, citizens.

Demand the truth. Require a legitimate investigation. Let the chips fall where they may.

And a possble (if not probable) reason for it here.

The United Airlines pilot injured himself on Sept. 3, 2004, carrying several pieces of luggage up a jetway and stairs when he experienced a pop in his left knee, according to records from a Redwood City clinic.
http://www.uniondemocrat.com/News/Local-News/Plummer-says-killer-husband-controlling-sociopath two parags above the previous reference.

Phillip Marshall also had a degenerating hip.

Did the Sheriff ever release any of this evidence to the public? If not, why not?
Like the video of him buying the ammo at the sporting goods store?
And what happened to his computer?

Hello, I'm new here but have been following the Marshall case since the beginning. Xenon, there hasn't been anything released regarding the video surveillance of Phil buying the ammo. This would be key. We'll probably never see it. Rainbow Sally has some excellent posts on this site.

Keep up the good work.

So you think local police are covering up 9/11? How many people are involved then? Millions?

How do they stop the police from whistle blowing?

How many people would it take to "cover up" if Philip Marshall's death was a murder rather than suicide?

How many people would it take to "cover up" if 9/11 was an "inside job" / "controlled demolition" ?

What is a working definition of "cover up" ?

Where is it that any hypothetical "cover up" happens ie is published ie is seen by "the masses" ? Where is it that "whistleblowers" can be seen blowing their whistles?

Who controls venues where such things are seen by most people?

"Just asking questions" is not presenting evidence - it is a discredited tactic called "gish gallop" generally used by people who do not have evidence to support their case so they try to hid that.

If there are answers to those questions then you should research them yourself and not insist that others do your research for you.

Actually, the question of how so many people believe that he killed himself and his kids is a good one. And so is the question about how or why the cops might have covered up a murder.

But it's the cops who did have the evidence and messed it up so badly. Not just the crime scene.

How is it that he was "grounded" from United Airlines for exhibiting a mental illness the year after he retired. He could not have been grounded per the cops documents.

How is it that he was treated for mental illness by an alleged doctor in Florida 8 months after he moved to California.

How is it that he bought one of only two existing boxes in all of the big boxes in USA; ammunition that destroys its ballistics. And he told a friend (screen name tarquin) only a couple of days before that he had NO ammo for it.

If he was such a bad parent, why did his wife let the kids hang out with their friends (often 10 0r 20) downstairs in the "cave", apparently unsupervised. The toxicology showed that the two kids had been drinking. Not the dad. And his pain medication was kept in a 'safe' which was left open for some reason that fateful night.

If he was so out-of-control, why did the DA drop charges against Phil when he was charged with hitting his sister-in-law (Erin) due to "unreliable witnesses"?

THEN we can talk about the mishandling of the physical evidence and the lack of an autopsy report with photos to resolve the issue of whether or not the right-handed man was shot in the left or the right temple.

My investigation started here. Why was the dog shot? And not the cat.

Well, my friends...

Why were employees of United told not to talk to the mom on her way home from Turkey. (A flight attendant named Ann posted that at santa barbara view before they pulled their entire thread.)

And that is where my investigation turns to conjecture. I have a theory.

So many questions that can never be answered.
Why don't you choose ones that can?

For example, can you post the relevant info that proves this assertion?

How is it that he was "grounded" from United Airlines for exhibiting a mental illness the year after he retired. He could not have been grounded per the cops documents.

Oh, and if your investigation started with why the dog was shot and not the cat, what was the answer? Cat's are harder to hit, dogs tend to be friendly and will obey you.
