Did not find this in a search here, has anyone seen this? It popped up on many of the chemtrail pages I saw today because chemtrails are supposedly mentioned on page 43. The CTers saw it outlines a plan to replace all natural life with robotic life.

Doubt they would use a high altitude aircraft . . . too wide a distribution of expensive materials . . . would most likely use a much more localized distribution . . .

I certainly don't read it as that. It seems that they are looking at various things that MIGHT be used against us.

This is my first forum post on any site, so hopefully this everything is proper. I just thought there should be a reference to the validity of the document that isn't from a conspiracy site. The "future war" document is referenced on this genuine military page: http://csat.au.af.mil/future-conflict.htm I think the document speaks for itself; no news there. It's clearly speculation as to the potential threat of advanced technology as it pertains to warfare in the future, nothing more.
