Maybe we should watch all gun owners in case one of them might shoot some people in a theater. Who cares about the constitution.

I wouldn't at all be surprised if more people died from gun violence in this country than terrorist attacks.

Do you reasonably expect the President to make all the tactical decisions about every soldier, sailor, diplomat, airman and spy accross the globe? Are there not several hundred layers of Command before it reaches the West Wing?

Should he be approving the guard roster of Federal Prisons?

How about the flying hours of the F18 crews on the USS Eisenhower?

Im sat in Kandahar now, and I really hope that David Cameron is not the guy making the tactical decisions about my protection.

When I enter the US I am questioned (mostly politly, occaisionally rudely) and then my photo is taken and two fingerprints. I do not remember any other country doing this, including Israel. Are you dissatisfied by the level of personal information the Federal Government takes from visiting foreign nationals?

Hi BombDr, are there any government imposed travel restrictions within Saudi Arabia on US citizens? Would they be the same (if any) as ones imposed on, say, Canadians or Germans?

yes in that case I do . he was aware there was a attack and went to sleep or whatever , He dropped the ball as well as Biden exposed Seal Team Six for political point and got them killed . Who old them to stand down ? If your in Kandahar I pity you for having to be there for nothing .

So tell me how do you know that he lied. I just pointed out a clear case of a Glenn Beck lie in which case he made stuff up, but you call it a mistake. But somehow a school transfer that isn't detailed on Glenn Beck's event file that is unknown whether to be real, fake or erroneous proves a lie on the Saudi Man's part.

You simply refuse to see the massive hole in Glenn Beck's narrative from a deliberate mis interpenetration of the details of the event file to the erroneous charges that Bob Trent pointed out. Furthermore. there is no way can you even verify the validity of that document outside of his program. Glenn Beck even claimed that he was "armed and dangerous" based on the 2nd page of that event file but still has yet to show the 2nd page to his viewers. Why didn't Glenn Beck show Bob Trent the event file? You can call them all mistakes all day long, but I would call them a very clever and convenient set of mistakes.

I don't know what this means. Could you explain please? VP Biden exposed DEVGRU (Seal Team Six is an old name)? How did that get them killed.

I don't really know. They did ask my religion though, which was rapidly changed to 'Church of England' as I have been led to believe they are just as unhappy with Atheists as Jews. I was part of a Military delegation so probably not in the best position to judge what happens to the average visitor.

I would suggest though that Saudi Arabia might not be a shining example of good immigration policy though...

Ok, so you want the President to take tactical command of every contact? I kinda like th idea that he has people to do that for him, like the US Military, CIA etc, but if you think he should do it all himself then I guess we can fire most of these guys as unnecessary.

I'm not here doing nothing, the little rascals keep me pretty busy, and my job is to protect other people, so not entirely worthless.

When and where did he lie about this? I'm confused since this interview is his first and only time speaking to the public about what happened to him.
 
What about Americans 'shot in the back' by their friends? That happens all the time in the US and it might get mentioned on the local news, but folks out of that broadcast area will never hear about it. Unless it a shooting like that of Chris Kyle.

Was he attending College in Boston ? Got Link ? His family In Saudi Arabia or should I say His clan as they call themselves has many ties to terrorist however his Clan is quite large . Islam Is incompatible with the West . They can all go back to the sandbox . Then we should leave their countries as well . I have many reasons for my dislike of Islam and nothing you or anyone else on this form will change my mind .

There are articles and blogs that seem to suggest that he did (link). As for his alleged clan ties can any of that be proven? Sharing a last name, particularly an arabic one doesn't indicate relation anymore than it does in the west. The name Al-Harbi refers to his tribe and that tribe (the Harb Tribe) is estimated at 4 million people. You have zero, I repeat zero proof that he was a terrorist or had terror relations. Glenn Beck's event file nor his interpenetration can be verified outside of his program. An expert in the counter terrorism field pointed out a major discrepancy, and Glenn Beck was completely wrong about the S.A.O. Are there any other examples of an event file to compare this to? No. Given these big problems, this event file that Glenn Beck produced is highly questionable if it's even real at all.

You basically showed me your true colors in regards to what you said about Islam. All you have done is make baseless accusation and call out bias when someone presents information that you don't like as if you're getting your news from neutral and honest sources. I still have yet to see you back up a single claim in this thread and yet you want to see what to see everybody else back up their claims. You act as if the burden of proof is on us to prove that he is innocent when the reality is that the burden of proof should be on the accuser (in this case you) to prove guilt. Innocent until proven guilty isn't that the American way?

I have a feeling you don't know many (if any) Muslims, Joe. I happen to live and work amongst Muslims - approximately 10-15% (at least) of my office is Muslim and I have to say that you are absolutely incorrect in your assessment. Most Muslims are just like Christians or anyone else - they are just as "compatible" with the West as any other religion. It's the zealots in the religion that are the issue.

People fear what they don't know. People are comfortable making broad and sweeping statements like this when they can't put a human face on the "other".

I am a Captain in the British Army, currently attached to a Royal Air Force Squadron (The Horror.... I reckon only Biggerdave will get that...) in Kandahar. I didn't think you accused me of being worthless, just my being here, or my task. You have a pretty sound argument that helping Afghans is somewhat fruitless, but thats not my job - My job is explosves and supporting my guys on the ground - A very shortened moral equation with no grey areas.

But as someone that deals with tactical and strategic events everyday, there is a chain of command for a reason, and I dont think the President should in any way be in the business of making tactical decisions from the West Wing. That stuff should be delegated and your critism is completely misplaced. In 2006 some guys from 3 Para wandered into a minefield and one was killed and several lost limbs, and there was numerous errors and delayes in getting the right helicopter to recover them. I do not think that situation would have been improved in any way by 10 Downing directing military commanders on the ground what to do.

I saw this piece first on CNN and then looked up the article online. So you're saying CNN supports terrorists too? Please provide proof of your claims with a link showing that Amina Chaudary supports terrorists.
