So, you answered 2 out of 3. Do we therefor agree that building elements are not capable of melting concrete?

You mean by burning? Seems pretty unlikely. But I don't agree that any concrete melted. Has anyone seriously suggest that it did (other than museum sign writers)?

The people in the video did yes. Some of them appear to be well researched experts.

Not even remotely true. There's one guy, Bart Voorsanger, an architect involved with 9/11 memorial, who says "there's fused elements of steel, molten steel, and concrete, these things all fused by the heat into one single element". Then later some female VO says about the same thing.
