Its unfortunate this needs to be debunked. As we close in on the Summer Solstice, I've seen a few videos claiming HAARP is making our day light hours longer. It seems to scare them. They blame it on anything ranging from planet x to haarp to the devil and so on. In reality, the sun is shining over the Tropic of Cancer and we are at a time where the North Pole is at its maximal tilt towards the sun which increases our day light hours until the Summer Solstice. After the Summer Solstice our days become shorter slowly which is 4th grade science.
They also seem to be surprised that they hear birds chirping at 330am (which of course also scares them). This happens every spring and summer from what i can recall. I'm not an animal expert by any means so feel free to jump in on that one. Below I am posted the simplest of maps showing the sun angle in the sky during each season.
The video I posted is from a lady in northern Kentucky at 9:00pm . I picked Louisville which is in northern Kentucky as a base line for sun set times. She and others don't seen to realize the sun sets at 9:07 or 9:08 pm that day.
Also in my sources you will see a junior high school science explanation of solstices. It is also the place where I took my map so it could be easy for all to see.
