In fact it looks and sounds exactly like a jet. I'd say that this is in fact a F35 (or F16) banking with the afterburner on. A good example below:

It will be footage of the MiG-17F that regularly appears on the airshow circuit doing twilight and night displays. Of course nowhere near New Jersey and just silly clickbait!
