Claim: US military are preparing a major PSYOP/martial law - Op Jade Helm

Thats what they want you to think!

I love they way these people start with, "I'm not usually a conspiracy theorist"

You would think the response to the brand new UN trucks from bubba should be positive: "damn, looks like us good old boys are buildin' trucks for the UN now...hell yea, lets take their f'in money"

Point of credentials: Although I live in Ireland, I lived the first 53 years of my life in the US and am well acquainted with bubba; damn, drank a lot of Bud and PBR with bubbas over the years......

A new poll suggests the [JH15] theory has inched its way toward the mainstream of the Republican movement.

When asked whether the government was planning a takeover of Texas, 32 per cent of self-identified Republican primary voters replied, “Yes.” Forty per cent said no, according to the Public Policy poll of 1,285 respondents. The likeliest to respond in the affirmative were supporters of the presidential candidacies of Senator Ted Cruz (56 per cent) and ex-governor Rick Perry (76 per cent).

Those least fearful of impending martial law? Supporters of Jeb Bush (18 per cent) and Chris Christie (15 per cent).

Cruz said he doesn’t fear a takeover, but he understands why people wouldn’t trust the federal government.

Recent videos of a man being confronted by the FBI at his house. It kind of looks staged to me, they don't really look like FBI nor sound very official.

Part 1

Part 2

On a side note, what is up with the ever growing outlandish theories that go along with Jade Helm?

I have been following this whole debacle for the past month and now when I google about Jade Helm, I am presented with a variety of events that are now "connected" with Jade Helm. They include but are not limited too:
  • asteroid or nibiru hitting Earth
  • the blood moons
  • the shemitah
  • economic collapse
Is it the case that the more connections you make between things the more "valid" your conspiracy becomes?

Part 2

The frantic dog and the prominent American flag are nice touches. Shostakovich's 10th playing in the background would really complete the scene, imo.

And to be fair "Operation Jade Helm" is a pretty cool name, so much better and more enigmatic than, say "Operation Iraqi Freedom"

If there was a play for world domination by the NWO it would be called something like "Jade Helm"

Didn't seem that staged to me. FBI will do a "knock and talk" if they think someone has been making threats.

Do you think this person might have been very vocal about his opinions on Jade Helm and made public threats against "them" (military, government, etc.)?

That would seem very plausible since there are definitely people out there who make threat-like comments against the government on the internet. Even if the FBI had a viable reason to conduct a knock and talk with this guy, these videos are being spun touting that the FBI is making their "round-up lists."

Probably got a little too specific with his threats, that's usually what gets the FBI to actually take an interest in an online threat and go from not caring to "just asking questions." He may have named a target (they're particularly touchy about elected officials) or posted pictures of a target building or something.

I went back and watched them again, and at the 4:45 mark of part 2 the agents mention what appears to be a reason, but it gets muffled by him moving around the camera. They say something along the lines of

"We were just wondering if you had connections with something else outside of public [muffled] that we need to be aware of."

So it does seem that this guy probably did make some kind of public comment that put them on the FBI's radar.

Last night, in a Facebook group of boomers that grew up in one area of Dallas, one lady (and then a couple of others agreed with her) was concerned that she saw a 'military' helicopter over a Wal Mart near us (there is commercial airport with a heliport (the local PD choppers are there) less than a mile from it. Of course, to her, it was a part of Jade Helm and Obama seizing power.

This popped up online yesterday and is somehow related to Jade Helm. It is taken from something called the Conservative Tribune.

Apparently, a concerned Vietnam veteran recorded “30 UN vehicles fully loaded with combat-prepared troops” moving through the Dallas area.

It is interesting that consciouslyenlightened.com added a picture and a video that is not included in the source article. The top picture looks like a UN peacekeeping mission. The video toward the bottom of the page is of a train carrying military vehicles.

I don’t see any “combat-prepared troops” in the image taken from the Conservative Tribune. They look like white Brinks armored cars to me.

Thoughts?

I'm sure it's been addressed in the thread already, but I can't find it. Most likely factory new vehicles; there are several plants that produce armored vehicles in TX.

If we've learned anything from this so far, it might be that we can take even less seriously
CT's claims that "If the government would just tell us what they're doing, our imaginations wouldn't run wild."

I can't remember the gov ever saying so much about an exercise, so long in advance...and yet we probably
have record hysteria for an exercise...and hardly in just the most extreme corners of the internet.

Of course, when Jade Helm 15 comes and goes with none of the "martial law" or other "government takeover"
stuff we've been warned about actually happening...then the goalposts will just--on schedule--be moved to
"Uh, it was about priming people...to get them accustomed to the 'martial law' & 'government takeover' of the future."

And for the paranoid, that will suffice. Hopefully most people will dismiss the hand-wringing as typical scaremongering.

That's from a while back, this page dates back to May 2014 (one year ago).

"consciouslyenlightened" seems to just be clickbait.

I think the UN trucks are simply manufactured in the US for US use when the US contributes troops to UN operations. Probably should have a specific debunk page for this, it's like this decade's Fema Coffins.

Thats what they want you to think!

I read this fairly succinct comment under the video on youtube by one thecohort:

"I can explain it. We have these big buildings in Texas where they build trucks like these. They then put those newly built trucks onto bigger trucks and drive them to the East Coast where there is a gigantic ocean that huge ships travel on. They put these newly built trucks onto those huge ships and take them overseas to places like Europe and Africa!"

Simple enough for a child to get, and yet...

Thanks Mick,

I thought that it was odd that there are no combat troops in evidence. I think that I will try to track down a manufacturer. It still strikes me as odd that they don't look anything like true combat vehicles. Or even military transportation, for that matter.

A supplement to the Jade Helm story appeared recently. The 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division from Ft. Carson, Colorado, will be having a two-week off post exercises as part of Operation Raider Focus. A total of nearly 650 vehicles, including 300 Strykers, and 4,000 soldiers will take part.

Sadly, a number of CT websites have already starting sounding the alarm that this exercise is additional evidence of a military takeover. Many seem intent on making the point that this is the largest exercise in the United States since World War II.

The fact that this is clearly not the largest exercise in the United States since WWII has been addressed in earlier posts.

However, I was curious to see if the total number of vehicles and troops conformed with a Stryker Brigade and, guess what, they do.

https://sites.google.com/site/usarmyforcecomposition/home/stryker-brigade-combat-team

In fact, when I thought about it more, it is very commonplace for National Guard brigade-sized units to travel during the summer for regular two-week annual training. When I was in the Pennsylvania National Guard back in the nineties, we conducted a long motor movement all the way to Ft. Pickett, Virginia. Our biggest problem was bringing enough tow bars for broken down trucks.

What is a Stryker brigade, and how is it relevant? Please explain for us non-military folk.
They are mechanised Infantry that use the Stryker vehicle, which is an eight wheeled APC. I assume the CTers will think these vehicles will be herding patriots to the rail head for imprisonment in FEMA camps for no discernible reason I can think of...

It has become the primary maneuver unit for the Army. It matters for two reasons. According to reliable media reports, the total number of vehicles participating in Raider Focus conforms to the actual number in a Stryker Brigade, so no real surprises or revelations there.

In a larger sense, brigade-sized units do train fairly regularly in the active duty military. Annual training for state National Guard units also incorporates maneuver units of this size, albeit more rarely. The main point being, military movements of this scale happen quite often each year.

In the words of Bill Mahar "Texans don't need to worry about a New World Order, they barely make the current world order"

Apologies to any Texans on the thread...
As we all know, the United States is the bastion of freedom and democracy unless you're gay or black, and Texas is the free-est state within the United States unless you're gay or black. So it's not just about Texas, it's about defending freedom and liberty (unless you're gay or black).

Let's remember capital 'H'-istory: the brave Americans saved the day in WWI - swooping in just as the allied armies were on the brink of victory- and gave a solo encore in WWII - magnificently beating those Germans who not were being beaten by the Soviets, Brits, Canucks, etcetra. The brave sons of Texas were at the forefront of these efforts - as they had earlier been at the forefront of the liberation of Mexico from the Mexicans in the Mexican-American War, as well as the glorious bringing of liberty, freedom, and American occupation to the good people of the Philippines, Cuba and Puerto Rico in the Spanish-American War.

These are the proud people Jade Helm is designed to destroy - the proud victors of a million proud victories and one brilliant defeat, the antidote to foreign-accented villains everywhere. If Texas falls, so does all hope for the Free World.

For is it not with Texas that lie the hopes and dreams of poor and huddled masses everywhere upon this wretched Earth, from Middle-Earth to Candyland, from Westeros to Denver?

(Except if they're gay or black, of course.)

I woke up this morning and took a look in the bathroom mirror
And found that over night I had grown a long ZZ Top type beard
On my head was a Stetson hat
On my arm a rattlesnake tattoo
And I found my self wishing to uphold my second amendment rights to carry a loaded firearm at all time
Yup
I think I'm TURNIN' TEXAN

I immediately set out to surround my property with a high chain-link fence to keep out Mexicans and other undesirables
And traded in my economic family run about for a v8 pick up with a a gun rack
I ripped up my English cottage garden and planted a sea of yellow roses
And in my back yard I started drilling for oil
I remembered the Alamo
I know the way to Amarillo
and I started taking an unhealthy interest in republican party politics
Yup
I think I'm TURNIN' TEXAN

Haw haw haw haw

Yup

Yeeeeehaaaaa

That's a pretty loose military convoy and It's not evident that those Blue Bell trucks are in any convoy but their own. Blue Bell closed a fairly new distribution center in Denver this week, it had enough delivery trucks to cover a 100 mile radius. Blue Bells headquarters is in Benham, TX where the assets from Denver would likely be taken.

http://www.9news.com/story/money/business/2015/05/19/blue-bell-closes-denver-area-facility/27567687/

A local Blue Bell employee says he was hired to work at the Denver-area distribution center when it first opened in March 2011. Thomas, who asked 9NEWS not share his last name, says he and about 50 coworkers had no advance warning layoffs were a possibility. A letter from the company says his employment will officially end on May 29.

Just found the following update on All News Pipeline while checking for a more precise location...

UPDATE!!! A customer service representative from Blue Bell has asked us to update our story with this official statement.:

The trucks you refer to in the post below, are trucks we are relocating from our closed branches to those that remain open. It just so happened that our trucks were traveling on the same highway as the military convoy, but there is no relation to their activity. Can you please update your story to reflect the correct information?

Thank You,

The ice cream truck story is an interesting case study in unsupported correlations.

Interesting that despite the dire warnings made, allnewspipeline.com was careful enough to add the caveat:

"Whether or not these trucks seen with the military convoy in Colorado are to be used as portable morgues or are simply carrying cold food is not something we can verify at this time."

I only hope July 15 comes quickly and this nonsense is over. It will not stop the next insane round of claims, but at least this one will be gone.

I only hope July 15 comes quickly and this nonsense is over...at least this one will be gone.
My sense is that the chorus will merely shift from:
"Obama's going to try to take over Texas!
Obama's going to try to take over Texas!
Obama's going to try to take over Texas!
Obama's going to try to take over Texas!
Obama's going to try to take over Texas!"

to

"Sure, it looks like my prediction was entirely wrong, but Jade Helm was just
'Step 1' to getting us used to military presence...before the future takeover."

...apparently we are all going to be herded into WalMarts.

I checked the beginning and end dates of 'Jade Helm' hoping that one landed on a "Black Friday." (no such luck)

What I've noticed is that on sites like Infowars.com, moderators simply do not exist. Comments sections are utterly open season to absolutely whatever statement you'd like to make and any theory can be espoused (even anti-Jones ones). I thinks this chaotic mash of ideas is like a Mobius strip of fear that powers itself. The 'diversity' of theories makes confirmation bias that much simpler.
