This would be a curious thing to say about the agency created explicitly for transparency on this matter... except that someone is clearly aware of the UFO community's distaste for them after their reports did not in fact hidden flying saucers in defense contractor hangars.

There's always an excuse for why disclosure is just around the corner, but never here. The UFO lobbyists can play that game well. The whistleblowers and witnesses are ignored, we need the government to take this seriously! Oh look Elizondo released videos and the UFO lobbyists got an article into the NYT, we're getting attention. The hearings will bring disclosure! Well no, the good stuff needs to revealed in secret... The new UAP bits of the budget will get us answers! Well no, still need to get the right people in a SCIF together. Ok, give AARO all the access and whistleblower protection to anyone who talks to them! Now we'll get our answers... Well no, the people who talk to them don't actually have good info, and important figures think it's a legal trap. Oh no! AARO is part of the deep state! We need Trump to release the Epstein UAP files!

Just to add some information that might help geolocate the wind farm, one of the wind turbines seems to have a missing blade.

As it can take about a year to replace broken blades, the damage would have likely occurred between 2023 and 2024:

Here is an example of a broken blade for comparison (Zhangpu Phase II project, Fujian, China - early 2025). As a missing blade causes the rotor to become unbalanced, it naturally parks with the broken blade in a vertical, feathered position, just like in the footage:

Yeah I noticed the broken one. Unfortunately that field doesn't have enough turbines. But also, I don't *think* there have been any UFO videos released by the US that show Chinese territory.

The broken blade in Zhangpu is just a visual example for comparison, it happened in 2025. Also, flying a military drone near Zhangpu would be considered a serious provocation, although it seems the platform may have been over 25NM away.

Trying to draw how I imagine this looks like from directly above. Starting with the first couple of screen widths we see an open area with no turbines then the edge of the field. There's a line of 5 turbines with irregular spacing but on a line (1-5) and next to them several turbines in a different pattern. Then a row of 8 turbines in a straight line with regular spacing.

This kind of arrangement more closely resembles the turbine fields in the North Sea of the English coast, than they do anything seen in INDOPAC.
