Is "sentient plasma life" a reference to the "orbs" that so many of the people standing there claim to have witnessed (yet failed to document)? Or perhaps he misspoke and is talking about plasmodial slime molds which some claim exhibit a kind of brainless intelligence, solving mazes for example -- but those are real and shouldn't be difficult to show evidence of.

I think this is the latest hypothesis to explain the distant, glowing and moving balls of light that people are unable to identify. They think that the NHI manifests itself in Earth's atmosphere as glowing sphere which is presumed to be some kind of plasma.

Extraterrestrial Life in the Thermosphere: Plasmas, UAP, Pre-Life, Fourth State of Matter"
Plasmas" up to a kilometer in size and behaving similarly to multicellular organisms have been filmed on 10 separate NASA space shuttle missions, over 200 miles above Earth within the thermosphere. These self-illuminated "plasmas" are attracted to and may "feed on" electromagnetic radiation. Similar life-like behaviors have been demonstrated by plasmas created experimentally. "Plasmas" may have been photographed in the 1940s by WWII pilots (identified as "Foo fighters"); repeatedly observed and filmed by astronauts and military pilots and classified as Unidentified Aerial—Anomalous Phenomenon. Plasmas are not biological but may represent a form of pre-life that via the incorporation of elements common in space, could result in the synthesis of RNA. Plasmas constitute a fourth state of matter, are attracted to electromagnetic activity, and when observed in the lower atmosphere likely account for many of the UFO-UAP sightings over the centuries.

On a more serious note.
Could plasma really be that stable and stay longer in the atmosphere enough to be perceived as "something intelligently moving"?
I mean excluding:
- dust on camera
- flares
- glares on objects
- distant planes
- globular lightnings
- reflective balloons

The pro-orb-ers would probably say "yeah, some of those may have been mis-identified as orbs in the past, but you can't honestly think that *ALL ORB SIGHTINGS EVER* by people like Chris Bledsoe, Carl Crusher, Jake Barber and the evidence they have presented have been misidentifications ... ? Thought this was worth mentioning as I never thought I'd see the day! Even Giorgio A. Tsoukalos (Mr. Ancient Aliens himself!) is getting sick of the lack of solid evidence the disclosure movement is producing!

SHOW THE EVIDENCE or shut up already. What is this verbal diarrhea of "irrefutable evidence" WITHOUT any receipts? What IS that? NONE of the folks today on that stage actually take this topic serious, nor want Disclosure, so much is clear. Instead, with your horse and pony show today you are further and indiscriminately muddying the waters and, it is as clear as the day is long, that you are part of the SAME decades-long disinformation campaign that has been going on since the 1940s. I think it might be the "orbs" that have been seen. I prefer "spheres". Sometimes appear like balls of fire but sometimes perfectly smooth spheres, self-luminous.

I think Burlison mentions them, perhaps with regard to unreleased footage.
I don't know about bipeds or multiple alien species. Self-luminous capsule-shaped, or round objects often in formation, and lenticular or disc-shaped objects is what I'm aware of. Perhaps flexible morphing objects that might even be alive. Don't know if manufactured. That's all I know about their forms. Not all spacecraft at this point, but specialized devices for surveillance and interaction.
To me, it seems they released footage that resembles the good stuff, but is likely mundane. That's what I'd do in a similar situation. Objects flying in formation, etc. even a rendering of a big metallic football-shaped object. Why? Do they have a real pic of such a thing?
You'd want to keep a lid on it, so folks wouldn't be out shooting at everything they see in the sky in the LIZ. People have repeatedly shot at UFOs in the past, sometimes hitting them. Stupid humans.

Again, I've seen the spheres in the most bizarre circumstances possible. Initially they were in a row perfectly stationary and close enough to see clearly. Self-luminous and extremely bright, but the light was contained and didn't seem to cast rays. Imagine transparent pearls with burning magnesium in them. The sky was visible between each one. . I may have gotten a dose of some kind of radiation initially. I later had strange blood tests and got shingles. Got rid of my toxic oil paints for a bit. About the size of dimes held at arm's length. When they apparentiy moved and reappeared in front of me further up the highway, I got another good look at them. Glowing orange this time (lower energy level?), and in the formation. They were clearly in the atmosphere; not too high up from the ground.
Capsule object in 2013 or so. Evening, just as amazing as first sighting in its own way. Got a very clear view. Intentional? Self-luminous but not bright. Like a nightlight. Shot off incredibly fast into space in front of me. I'd guess 1/4 to 1/2 mile away. No sonic boom totally silent. Watched it go off into space clearly. No noise. Just fast enough to see clearly.

Some of it kind of reminds me of pleasant but brief encounters with wild animals. But the animals are much smarter than you are….. And a hell of a lot stranger.
