How to Tag (Like, etc.) a Comment

I see these tags ("like", "interesting", "funny") associated with comments. How do I add my 2 cents?

It's available after you become a verified user. Which is usually 15 minutes after your first third post is approved. Then there's a selection you can click on in the bottom right of each post, under the "Reply" button.

Yes. The verification process has been extended a bit recently, and will vary by individual. This is an automatic anti-spam measure.
