I saw this video going viral, with people claiming it showed a UFO rising after the meteor impact.
I spent far too much time trying to find the camera position, but I finally did. I could literally see the camera on Google Street View.
What threw me off was that the zoom was 420 mm, but I managed to match the stars 100%.
The satellite appears slightly offset from the real footage and about one second later, but the angle and speed are an exact match, so there can be no doubt.
I tried posting my findings all over X, including in threads claiming it couldn't be a satellite, but it got 73 views, so they just kept on going :|
