Watch it on x 0.25 speed. You can see it clearly from 0:42 onwards.

Biggish bird. Considering the location, I suggest a pelican.

Thanks PublicStranger, I see it now.

The number of wing beats per second seem very high for a bird, I make it a (roughly, not exactly) 4 beats per second. So I'm thinking "bug."

PS: The sound of a B-52 slowed to .25 speed is... odd.

It's a seagull or other white bird, you can see it's wings flap.

If you freeze it on certain frames you can actually see the outline of the black wings and white body - basically a seagull.
