Malaysian Transport Ministry's first-year report (released March 8th 2015)

Numerous articles are reporting that the Malaysian Transport Ministry has released a 500+ page report on MH370 for the one year anniversary of the disappearance. I tried to find the report on the ministry's webpage, but all I found was a short document

I am hoping someone will be able to find the actual full report being referenced in the news. The report has some interesting things, such as the black box battery may have been 'expired' (Doesn't necessarily mean it didn't work--but still)

So page 53, item marked 6: "There is no indication of the SATCOM link being manually Logged Off from the cockpit (via an MCDU). Such activity would have been captured in the GES logs, but it was not."

Any speculation on how this could happen if not done manually? Or do they just mean there is a normal way to turn it off that they didn't use? (hitting an 'off' switch instead of puling a circuit for example)

A TOWELETTE that washed up on a Western Australia beach is being examined to determine whether it could have come from missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370.

The towelette — a small pre-moistened paper towel — has been shipped to Canberra for further testing after being discovered in July by a couple walking along a beach in Cervantes, Nine News reports. The couple who discovered the towelette said the item was “unopened, which was very unusual”.

Yes, more or less. They mean that it was not disabled using the MCDU (Multi-function Control Display Unit), which is the interface between the pilots and the FMC (Flight Management Computer). You can see what the CDU looks like here.
