Lol... Chemtrailing Mars? (And other random theories)

I'm going with image glitch from cosmic ray. The pixel aligned line is a bit of a givaway. The "trail" is pretty interesting though.

Here's the original uncompressed image (.jpgs get rather fuzzy when you zoom in).

And a close-up

Looks like pareidolia to me. Certainly a rock.

Took me a while to see it. I only just got it before they added the arrow.

If you stare at such images for long enough you'll start seeing all sorts of things.

Or just strange power outages?

Strange there was a massive blast that rocked Russia as weapons depot explodes in the same month as ammunition bunker blew up in the US causing Mushroom like plumes of smoke! and also transformer's blowing up

Why is Russia building 5,000 nuclear fallout shelters?

A chilling report prepared for President Medvedev by Minister Serdyukov of the Russian Defense Ministry on the building of an additional 5,000 underground ‘bomb’ shelters in Moscow warns that even though progress is being made, the appearance of the new Comet Elenin [photo right] in our Solar System means “additional resources” will have to be added “immediately” as the 2012 timeline for completion “may not be soon enough”.

So was it a waste of time as Elenin passed us by in October, passing between us and the Moon, or is there another reason?

This one is simple...

This must be from "The Internet Hoax Queen" Sorcha Faal. http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Sorcha_Faal

These articles have allways the same structure, First sentence with a secret bulletin to some russian high leader, then one or two articles inspired by actual news - stick them all together and making great nonsense out of this - voila, another big news from Sorcha Faal.

BTW: Comet Elenin didn´t survived the short swing near the sun and broked to dust a year ago.

Actually, Medvedev is no longer the President of Russia, since May 2012 it is Putin again. And Serdyukov is no longer the Russian Defence Minister, he was sacked a month or two ago.

I live in Moscow and can assure you that this is all a bold lie and militarist propaganda trying to kick us back in the Cold War times. Please do not listen to them - they are looking forward to breaking the 3rd World War ( the preparation to it is going on right now in Egypt, Lybia and Syria right now), and you will be the victims of someone's cunning plans on this matter.

The "reports" date back to the 1950s. It's really just an ongoing issue, Moscow has always had a bomb shelter program, it's part of the regulations of building stuff in Moscow. But "recently" the existing bomb shelters have found to be lacking. Here's a news story from 2003:

http://lenta.ru/russia/2003/10/29/shelter/
[translated]:

In Moscow will build new shelters

Moscow Government adopted on Tuesday a comprehensive program for the development of the civil defense of the capital until 2008. As the main protective measures it requires the construction of new shelters and reconstruction of existing, reported daily " NEWSPAPER . "
"Despite the decline in direct threat of a large-scale aggression against Russia, the potential danger of war persists. As a result of military operations on the territory of Moscow may have extensive lesions with numerous victims among the population", - said the head of the Moscow department of civil defense and emergencies Alexander Eliseev, justifying the need for the construction new shelters. According to him, today the city has seven thousand shelters, which "in which case there was not enough."
The total funding of the program is 1.981 billion rubles, half of that amount will make the Moscow authorities and the other half - the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
Deputy Mayor, Head of Economic Policy and Development of Moscow Yuri Roslyak asked the deputy head Gennady Kirillov MOE to review the rules for the construction of civil defense and allowed to erect shelters on the homes and shopping centers. Deputy Minister promised that this will be done within the next four to five months.

And 2001:
http://lenta.ru/russia/2001/05/21/bomb/
05/21/2001, 14:50:55

Luzhkov ordered to build bomb shelters

Moscow mayor Yuri Luzhkov signed a decree "On the order of planning, financing, design and construction of civil defense structures in Moscow."
As reported on Monday, "Interfax" metropolitan government, in new housing estates underground garages and basements will settle as objects of "dual" purpose.

If necessary, they can be used as shelters.

In addition, the Moscow Committee tasked to prepare lists of targeted objects to build such facilities in residential neighborhoods.

So it's more about incorporating bomb shelters into the building code than anything. I imagine there's some debate as to if it was really needed. But the Russians have always been pragmatic.

Some sort of an explosion or something sent a plume of smoke 7000 feet into the air. This happened in Louisiana near Camp Minden on Monday night around 11:30pm. Multiple witnesses apparently reported that they saw something falling down from the sky towards the earth before the mushroom cloud was created.

Why are you posting this stuff here Oxy? Why not on ATS or GLP?

Like you, I just like debunking stuff, seemed as good a place to post as any I suppose.

I posted a few things on this thread because I thought they may be of interest and to offer them up for critical analysis.

I thought the first topic probably is pretty much unsolvable, and so far that appears true; rather than open multiple threads, I thought I would add some options for analysis.

The 'emp blast' seemed pretty interesting and I thought someone may offer an explanation.

The other items seemed to have a possible linkage to the emp blast, or maybe even offered some type of explanation as for why it occurred.

I thought also that it was interesting how many 'ammo dumps' had blown up recently, (over the last few years), I was going to post some more on that.

Thought at least these explosions indicated cause for concern to public welfare, I mean, if they can blow up on such a regular basis, what else could blow up or 'escape'.

Am I doing something wrong?

If these postings are unwanted, please let me know.

It's just that you seem to be randomly posting bunk. Why don't YOU have a go at debunking it. At least offer up some plausible hypotheses. It's not difficult.

Like the number of ammo dumps that have blown up recently. That's related to the number of mass animal deaths that have happened recently. Do you know why?

No, I don't know why that is. Sounds unrelated but if you know different, I am happy to consider it?

I cannot offer and explanation for the mars craft or the emp blast but I was working on the hypothesis that the latter may have a connect with the ammo dumps.

The number of ammo dump blasts and and the number of animal deaths are related because they are both statistically insignificant variations in the frequency of things that have happened many times before - but it seems significant because it's in the news.

The video is clearly not of an EMP blast, as all the cars keep working. It's most probably a transformer explosion. The radio stopped working because the transmitter lost power.

According to the Russian TV channel Vesti, at November 27, 2012, at about 20.16 local time in Novgorod was a brief power outage, during which many witnesses were able to see a bright flash, in this connection were appeared a rumors about massive use of electromagnetic weapons, as electricity suddenly disappeared and throughout the city of Veliky Novgorod for a few seconds. However, according to the press service of "Novgorodenergo" (power grids company of Veliky Novgorod)- was a brief power failure. The incident did not lead to long-term blackouts in Veliky Novgorod and redemption of supply substations. When the specialists of "Novgorodenergo" (power grids company of Veliky Novgorod) at November 28, 2012 opened a switchgear in substation "Eastern", they found the remains of a cat, which caused a short-circuit, which led to power outages in the city of Veliky Novgorod

Yep that is reasonable about the emp. Strange about the lack of 'thunderclap' though, which one would normally expect with such a large electrical flash.

Reported November 30th, 2012 The power company explained it all as ‘A cat that wandered into a power transformer booth and caused a short circuit.’ Read more at http://investmentwatchblog.com/powerful-emp-blast-in-veliky-novgorod-russia/#Q9yZUaGftbEZGtcQ.99

I’d think that if it were an EMP the power would have gone out and stayed out. Everything that we’ve learned about EMP says that it roasts and destroys the circuits, big and small. No way it all was repaired within 2 hours.
Maybe not a transformer either…. what union labor power co. can replace a transformer within 2 hours?
A cat could easily have shorted something causing an expolsion of a transformer and popped circuit breakers. The power co. could have reset the breakers or rerouted the power and restored it easily within 2 hours.
Nothing to be alarmed about, this time.

As for the ammo dumps... agree they are not that unusual, which is more than a bit worrying in itself?

Sure, but just from a regular health and safety perspective. It's just something that happens, like refinery fires, or railway crossing accidents.

Well I am not so sure about that, the implications could be much more widespread... conjecture yes... but rational conjecture. We don't know what is stored in these ammo dumps and yes there have been a lot of accidents/explosions. Also if they are having so many accidents with 'normal' munitions, it could indicate a lack of safety protocols and if that is apparent here what about 'other', depots?

Can't really say it inspires confidence.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depleted_uranium

The use of DU in munitions is controversial because of questions about potential long-term health effects.[5][6] Normal functioning of the kidney, brain, liver, heart, and numerous other systems can be affected by uranium exposure, because uranium is a toxic metal.[7] It is weakly radioactive and remains so because of its long radioactive half-life (4.468 billion years for uranium-238, 700 million years for uranium-235). The biological half-life (the average time it takes for the human body to eliminate half the amount in the body) for uranium is about 15 days.[8] The aerosol or spallation frangible powder produced during impact and combustion of depleted uranium munitions can potentially contaminate wide areas around the impact sites, leading to possible inhalation by human beings.[9]

The actual level of acute and chronic toxicity of DU is also a point of medical controversy. Several studies using cultured cells and laboratory rodents suggest the possibility of leukemogenic, genetic, reproductive, and neurological effects from chronic exposure.[5] A 2005 epidemiology review concluded: "In aggregate the human epidemiological evidence is consistent with increased risk of birth defects in offspring of persons exposed to DU."[10] However, the World Health Organization, the directing and coordinating authority for health within the United Nations which is responsible for setting health research norms and standards, providing technical support to countries and monitoring and assessing health trends, states that no risk of reproductive, developmental, or carcinogenic effects have been reported in humans due to DU exposure.[11][12] This report has been criticized for not including possible long term effects of DU on the human body.[13]

But where's the bunk? Sure, unsafe ammo dumps are somewhat interesting, but it's just another story. This wasn't even military, it was a civilian company, Explo Systems, who are now in a load of trouble for improper storage of explosives.

Interesting and all, but this is a site about bunk. I don't see any.

Yep it is interesting ... and we have debunked the earlier association with the 'emp' blast... so I would say thats good all round.

Unless I am missing something?
