However, the meteorologist, Evelyn Cusack, quite clearly explains that the high cloud cover is created from contrails not "chemtrails. She also explains exactly what contrails are: artificial clouds mode by the exhaust of aircraft engines.
The fact that this got any traction at all demonstrate the most common misconception in the chemtrail community - the idea that contrails cannot persist. In fact contrail have been observed to persist and turn into cloud covers since 1921. More on that here:
