The way I understand CCN is that it is required for water vapor to form into precipitation, as the water vapor needs something to attach to. And the more water vapor there is, the larger the water droplets will be. I can't see how the amount of CCN would become a factor in the whole process unless it was a very LARGE concentration, such as from forest fire smoke, volcanic ash, or very concentrated pollution such as you would see at times in China, as you said. In such cases I would think the water vapor would be somewhat "absorbed" by the high density of CCN, but the raindrop size would still be a factor of the amount of water vapor, more than a factor of the CCN. The only example that I have experience with is rain with forest fire smoke, and the rain was normal, droplet size was normal, but it was very "dirty" rain. If it fell on your car windshield, it would be clouded and brown and you couldn't see through it.Actually, there is some foundation to tht first statement. Excessive pollution (such as in parts of China) has the effect of reducing precipitation because the inflated concentration of CCN results in very small droplets that take a llong time to coalesce into big enough droplets to fall as drizzle or rain, etc.

The second statement there just does not make sense. If there is high numbers of CCN, then droplets will be small and this inhibits precipitation (first statement). So how can there be precipitation? Here we detail the discoveries we have made about the dispersal systems we believe are being used on Airbus planes. We focus on the Airbus A320 family, which include the A319 / A320 / A321. A380 planes also spray over the UK and we have images on a separate page. A380s use a slightly different system and we have no idea yet if that system is original to the design of the aircraft, but we do now know that the A320 family aircraft belonging to any of the participating airlines have been modified illegally for the purposes of spraying aerosols into our skies during flight.
Our investigations started when we saw a single-pipe system fitted to a Ryan Air Boeing 737. Being based near Heathrow we went armed with long lenses and took about 100 images of planes landing, and sure enough we found the smoking guns as we now refer to them.
Below are just 3 of the many images we have of these modifications.
There is a host of disinformation online that has been produced since we started to publish these images. Rather than waste time trying to counter them, we spoke directly to Airbus. They confirmed in an email to us in August 2014 that Airbus A320 Family aircraft DO NOT leave the factory with any pipes in the pylon.

As such, Airbus A320 family aircraft have a fuel drain mast fitted as standard in the lower parts of the nacelle (and none for the pylons). It is an airworthiness requirement that any fuel leak must not pool within the aircraft structure to create a fire risk, must be drained away from the aircraft structure, and must be able to be visibly identified during the preflight safety walk-around checks. The nacelle fuel drain mast only serves to identify the very rare occasion of a failure where a fuel leak has occurred and, in the case of such detected failure, then the aircraft would be repaired before its next flight. The mast has no spraying capability, and is only used to drain aviation fuel, in the very rare case of a fuel leak.

Dane: Thank-you Micheal and again in relation to the threat, we have always framed that as the most immediate threat short of nuclear cataclysm, which could of course happen any time as well, but again short of that, mathematically speaking, the amount of cataclysms, contamination, atmospheric destruction we see from climate engineering, certainly fit that statement.
Host: Ok, thanks for that clarification. Now it has been a while since we last spoke to you, I wonder if you could just maybe give a kind of concise uh, uh, review of some of the impacts that you're seeing from the aah, geoengineering efforts that you allege are taking place?
Dane: Well, again, we don't allege that, we have for example, 750 page congressional documents that we have recently found and posted, outlining the full scope and scale of the programs, even decades ago, and giving historical, uh, summary of these programs going back 30 years prior to that even, and we encourage people to review these documents, because it's quite clear on them, these programs have been going on globally for perhaps 70 years, so we have lab tests to back up the materials that are raining down on us around the globe, are matching the climate impacts exactly, and we have film footage of the aircraft actually spraying at altitude, turning on and off nozzles visible. We have up close photographs of those nozzles, out on the pylons, directly behind the engine exhaust stream. People can review those photos , umm, again we have so much documentation, that really proves conclusively these programs are going on, and people have to ask why Micheal, they always ask why. But ultimately, to try to control the weather is about power and control, and when they ask who is doing this, again, all roads lead eventually back to the central bankers who control militarys who control the economies, you know that, so, again, these are programs that have done immense damage to the climate system, I'm not saying it's the only source of damage by any means but the damage is cataclysmic at this point and the only thing the military industrial complex knows how to do, is to double down, the more damage is done, the more they ramp up these programs, so what we're seeing is absolutely catastrophic effects from totally disrupted hydro-logical cycle, shredded ozone layer, we have a contamination of the entire surface of the earth, and there's downstream effects from shredded ozone or UV radiation that's killing plankton, that's contributing to ocean die-off, and the forests burning down around the globe, again disrupted rain cycle, bio-available metals are killing root systems, and we have the same metals, or incendiaries when they coat the foliage, we have more lightning because the atmosphere is more conductive, we have human health issues. We're seeing everything we would expect to see from these programs, this massive contamination of these toxic metals used in the programs, we're seeing everything, including right down to the bees Michael, I'm not sure if you might of seen everybody, most people know the bees are collapsing, and we now have peer reviewed study to say conclusively the bees are packed full of the same metals that are showing in geoengineering patents, that are showing up in our tests, aluminum being the primary one, so, from every direction we see red flags showing up, showing that these programs are cataclysmic.
Host: Yes, I've effectively connected the dots there, umm, I just want to stay with this issue, the motive, the why behind it, and I guess maybe I'm umm, if this is the right projection, I mean, we've gone from chemical weapons to nuclear weapons and then the weather modification, is, is that kind of the next frontier of control, or, or do you see other sorts of motives, uh, uh, on the horizon there?
Dane: Well, I think it's inarguable, that being able to control the climate, is really the ultimate cold war weapon, you can, a country can win a war without anyone necessarily knowing there was a war going on, and we see this again, over and over previous decades, countries that have been, for example, drought-ed into total collapse, starting with subsaharan African countries that didn't allow U.S. occupation, sometimes that begins with quote humanitarian pretext, and we know the drought causing effects of the aerosolisation of the atmosphere, the introduction of tiny particulates which cause too many condensation nuclei, it disperses, distributes precipitation, uh diminishes it, uh disrupts evaporation, we have, we've scientific figures to back this up, for example "global dimming" which is the term that refers to how much of the suns direct energy is no longer reaching the surface of the planet, and as compared to five decades ago, it's now 20-30%, that's massive, takes an unbelievable amount of materials to do that, and yes pollution is a part of that, but climate engineering is a bigger part, and that's the stated goal of geoengineering programs like solar radiation management to fill the atmosphere with particulates that block the sun, so, and using as a weapon, how many counties do we see, that were the targets of U.S. foreign policy, like the recent middle eastern countries, every single one of which was subjected to record drought, prior to destabilization and occupation. Now we have leaders of these countries Michael, on the floor of the UN, stating, and this has been publicized, some of these leaders, starting with Iran, uh, that their countries were the target of NATO weather modification programs, so again, we have so much information that if people will simple examine it, and now we have U.S. population that clearly, whatever decided the motive is, is also being affected horrifically by these programs, and I was in the LT Govs office in California, Gavin Neusom (sp?), with his aids and uh, presented data two years ago stating that this drought would continue and worsen, if these programs continued, it can't not happen, because we have satellite imagery of the spraying off the coast, of the storm track, that's exactly what has happened. We know people in the state know this is going on , we know agencies know it's going on, but everybody's afraid to speak out Michael. So in the meantime, uh, we're all, we're all targeted ultimately by these programs.
Host: I think there is a tendency among the wider public to uh, to question, well somebody would have spoken out about it, but you know, I think a lot of people are aware the Manhattan project was originally top secret, as well at the U2 bomber, are we talking about a kind of Manhattan project for the climate here, something that's been kept top secret, and their may be proceeding with these things and keeping it out of the uh, official messaging to the wider public, is that what we're dealing with here?
Dane: No question, and ih, ih, some huge red flags mattering the two, one we know the Obama administration has prosecuted more whistle-blowers than all other administrations combined, two, we know that the uh, agreements of confidentiality signed by people in the military are enforced with extreme um, mechanisms, and in some cases we have indirect communication with those that worked on some of the aerosol spraying mechanisms that have stated they signed agreements that contain provisions for lethal enforcement. Now, aside from that we can't verify, we do know this, we have a recent gag order on all national weather service and all NOAA employees, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, why in the world would you need to gag the meteorologists, because they all know this is going on too. I've spoken to a NOAA scientist face to face that admitted that to me. So the bottom line is we have a very big elephant in the room, it's decimating the earths life support systems, decimating our health, every single one of us, and those who don't believe this it doesn't really matter because it's not going to change the reality. We're all sucking in what they're spraying, with every breath, it's building up in our systems, showing up everywhere we would expect it too, alzheimers, dimensia stats going through the roof, autism stats going through the roof. We see MIT has now stated on the record, that on the current trajectory, in less than 10 years, every other child will have autism, um, what's it take to wake people up? I don't know.
Host: Now there's something else I wanted to uh, now I saw something on your site where you were at a traditional climate march and it reminded me that it seems as if there's two camps, there's the geoengineering watchdogs like yourself, uh, and, and there's the traditional you know, carbon dioxide is the main driver of climate change, and I see you as part of both camps. Like you don't dismiss carbon as a driver of climate change but uh, at the same time you do, are clearly much an advocate of or, not advocate, but acknowledging of the reality of geoengineering, and I'm finding that you've got, you know, those two camps tend to not overlap very often, and I was wondering if you have an explanation, or what your understanding would be, of why it seems so difficult to sort of cross that divide?
Dane: Well it's unfortunate we have a society that thinks dichotomously, everything is either this, or that, and that's just not reality, uh, our situation is much more complex, it's not just this or that, it's this AND that and a whole lot of other things, so, yes CO2 is certainly a problem and those who say it's not are are certainly not living in for example, the ocean, where the oceans are acidifying so quickly that we have that contributing to massive rain dieoff, we have plants that are not absorbing CO2 the way it was projected, because, uh, too much is also a problem, CO2 is certainly necessary but again, water is necessary for 10 feet under, not so much. We also have on the other side of the coin, we have those in the anti-geoengineering camp that want to pretend that there is no damage to the planet by the human race except for geoengineering, and of course that's just not true either. I hope, from both sides of the fence, people realize the equation is complex, the denial on the environmentalists global warming side is, the denial of climate is hearing, is truly astounding, it's absolutely astounding, we have the single greatest climate disrupting factor of all, climate engineering, completely ignored by the environmentalist camp, uh, it's inexcusable, it's hypocrisy that absolutely boggles the mind Michael, so I hope, and I know a lot of these, I know scientists in that camp as well, so I hope that they find some courage and face the fact that uh, the greatest threat of all, even greater that any of the other forms of human damage to climate right now, the greatest threat of all is climate engineering, we have to face that and I hope people from both sides of that fence, uh, realize the equation is more complex than either one of them would like to make it and I hope we build some bridges instead of burning em.
Host: Which brings us to the COP21 climate conference happening in Paris, uh, your comments suggest that political leaders really know a lot more than they're letting on, uh, I think, so what then is, what is your take on the purpose of these talks, if they're not really, like geoengineering isn't even on the radar screen apparently, so what do you think is going on there?
Dane: It's certainly not on the public radar screen, but it's certainly the main topic of discussion behind the scenes and again I believe we'll find out in the next few days Michael. But this is just one more big dog and pony show just like the Copenhagen conference, just like the Cancun conference, and the real agenda is to climate engineer, to continue that, to force countries to fly, and we see after the previous two climate conferences in Copenhagen and Cancun we had record low temperatures at those conferences, at the time of the conferences in spite of warmer than normal temperatures in the surrounding areas, how did that happen? That's a demonstration of what climate engineering can do, with chemical ice nucleation, uh, the jet stream manipulation, so that was perhaps a demonstration to those countries there, that this is what there quote unquote, curious, even though we know from all available data, this is not only is it not a cure, it's a curse worse than any problems it claims to mitigate, so, I believe what we'll see from Paris is um, nothing definitive or any type of carbon cutting, nobody intends to carbon cut, nobody intends to stop looting, pillaging and plundering the planet, they just want to up the climate engineering more, so as a priority issue, this is not a job I wanted, I'm an activist, not politically oriented, but quite simply, um, when earths life systems are being torn apart intentionally with climate engineering, which really comes down to power and control, if we don't stop that, it's game over, so I hope take a good hard look at their priorities. If we can't walk out the door and breathe without sucking this stuff in, we all have a problem. And ah, again, the sort of distractions that we see, which Paris is one of them, uh, the front and center topic of conversation should be, must be, climate engineering, it's gonna take all of us to get to that point, we all need to work together, any one of could be the pedal that starts the landslide of awareness. Yeah, a possible maximum 8% increase. Dane is saying a thousand times that. Higher than the UV-B in space.
But he does not claim that, so the fact that it is true is not backing him up at all.
In fact, he claims that modern planes are nearly incapable of creating contrails (when they actually make them more frequently than older engines, as they have cooler exhaust). He also claims that UV-B radiation if 10x what it used to be, which is not consistent with sunlight being blocked.
And since nobody ever said that contrails do not block the sun, it would hardly be relevant even if he were getting things right.

The blatant and in plain sight experimentation on the US population continues unabated. A recent "press release" letter from 5 US congressmen sends a very clear message, they want a minimum of 10 new C-130J air tankers to continue "specialized spraying missions".

What were these airborne web like filaments composed of? Astoundingly, mainstream media tried to convince the public that the filaments were just "cattle gauze" (yes, cow bandages). So we are to believe cow bandages suddenly covered the landscape after a C-130 spray tanker passes over and these filaments subsequently blanket civilian areas? Testing done at certified labs proved that the filaments contained massive amounts of aluminum and barium.
The bottom line is this, those in power can (and are) using the C-130s (and countless jet aircraft) to spray whatever they want, wherever they want, and on whomever they want. Those that refuse to accept this fact are simply in denial. The subject letter of this article makes clear that our "elected officials" are doing everything in their power to make sure even more aircraft are put into service to do even more toxic spraying/experimentation. If you have had enough, get active in the critical battle to expose and halt ALL aerial spraying.

Politicians sometimes decide to shame perverts who frequent red light districts by posting their names and pictures in the community where they live. Pedofiles are sometimes identified when they move or are released into a community so that people in those communities can be on guard regarding these criminal perverts. It is time that we start publishing names and photos of individuals who are in any way involved with this diabolical plot to destroy the biosphere. If and when society at some point in time moves to re-establish law, order and true democracy, then these arch criminals of humanity should all be marked to be dealt with for the crimes of ecocide and crimes against humanity and all life on this planet for which they are responsible.

Lots of spraying here today and tonight when I looked up the moon was reflecting many many crisscross lines- they seem to go crazy at night. I am glad I believe that Jesus is coming soon per the bible and all will be set right- after a hard time but it will be worth it.

Stop the aerial spraying by US Air Force planes that contain toxic aluminum and barium and other harmful elements! So disturbing. It is harmful to all living things and is destroying our planet. It is unthinkable and irresponsible that legislatures are promoting toxic aerial spraying. This affects everyone including the legislatures, the military performing the spraying, all who inhabit this beautiful planet that is systematically being destroyed. Why? Is it profit based or just irresponsible stupidity. As a tax paying Citizen I feel angry and betrayed by the very people elected to protect us! How did this ever get approved and funded. Who is responsible?

Thank you Dane for your continued efforts to awaken people to this horrendous poisoning of humanity. I have just returned from a month in Europe and the spraying was consistently high in Italy, Southern France, Switzerland and Paris. Of course its happening in Australia as well. How in Christ do we stop these maniacs with their genocide!!

We urge you to replace the Youngstown Air Reserve Station's 910th Airlift Wing's current fleet of C-130H aircraft with a minimum of ten C-130J aircraft to ensure that the 910th's Department of Defense (DoD)-mandated specialized aerial spray mission continues safely and without interruption. The Fiscal Year 2016 House of Representatives' Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense Report includes language regarding the Air Force Reserve's specialized missions, specifically that: "The Committee encourages the Chief of the Air Force Reserve to review the requirements to ensure that specialized units are allocated sufficient training hours to successfully perform both their specialized and tactical missions and are allocated equipment upgrades necessary to address safety concerns associated with these missions. The Committee also supports efforts to build partnerships between units performing specialized missions and other government agencies when practical."
The current number of eight C-130H aircraft jeopardizes the 910th's capability to effectively complete overseas tactical airlift missions and domestic aerial spray operations simultaneously. To highlight the dilemma: if, in the immediate future, the 910th were tasked to deploy four aircraft to support an overseas area of responsibility, they would only be able to support a one-ship spray mission in the United States. As we are sure you're aware, within the last decade, the 910th has deployed a three C-130H aircraft package in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and again in the aftermath of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010 to provide domestic emergency aerial spray capability. Recapitalizing the 910th's fleet of eight C-130H aircraft with ten C-130J aircraft would enable the wing to conduct both the overseas tactical airlift missions and the homeland aerial spray missions.
The unique aerial spray mission could also be in jeopardy after year 2020 due to several factors. The 910th's airplanes require more maintenance due to the wear and tear cause by flying the specialized mission at low altitudes. In addition, an Operational Supplement, published 17 July 2015, significantly reduced the interval between Aircraft Structural Integrity Program (ASIP) inspections based on Effective Flying Hour (EFH) calculations. The reduction in EFH interval will lead to an increase of approximately double the inspection time spent per aircraft. The additional hurdle to ensure that the current C-130H fleet is airworthy, is the much needed Communication Navigation Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) requirements required by the Federal Aviation Administration and the International Civil Aviation Organization.
As we continue to put more flight hours on the current fleet of aging C-130H aircraft, the inspection interval will continue to shorten, increasing the maintenance time and decreasing mission readiness. The C-130J models have a minimum crew size of three versus the legacy C-130H models' crew of five, which would mean immediate personnel savings to operate the system, in addition to possible maintenance hours.
For these reasons, we request your consideration for recapitalization of the 910th Airlift Wing's current fleet of C-130Hs with C-130Js at the soonest possible time, to ensure their continued and safe support of DoD's only aerial spray mission.

MISSION
The Department of Defense (DoD) tasks the 910th Airlift Wing at Youngstown Air Reserve Station (YARS), Ohio to maintain the DoD's only large area fixed-wing aerial spray capability to control disease-carrying insects, pest insects, undesirable vegetation and to disperse oil spills in large bodies of water. Missions may be executed in combat areas, on DoD installations or in response to disasters/emergencies as declared by the President of the United States.
UNIT, AIRCRAFT, AND PERSONNEL
The 757th Airlift Squadron pilots, navigators, flight engineers, spray operators/loadmasters, and entomologists conduct aerial spray missions using six C-130H aircraft equipped with the Modular Aerial Spray System (MASS). These systems are maintained by 910th MX support personnel assigned to the spray mission. YARS houses one of four EPA-approved Training Centers for DoD Pesticide Applicator Certification serving both the continental U.S. and overseas DoD pest management facilities.

Col. James D. Dignan is 910th Airlift Wing commander, U.S. Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC). When activated, the unit is gained by Air Mobility Command (AMC), at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.

- May 2009, the spray flight performed the industry's largest effective larvicide aerial spray application over Army Corps of Engineers land near Williston, ND.; reductions in larval mosquito populations by over 95 percent in sampled areas were demonstrated
- May-June 2010, the 757th Airlift Squadron was tasked to conduct aerial spray for Operation Deep Water Horizon; the purpose of this mission was to use oil dispersing agents to aid in neutralizing the oil spill caused by the April 2010 sinking of the Deepwater Horizon drilling platform in the Gulf of Mexico; this mission marked the first real world application of oil spill dispersants by the 910th Airlift Wing; fling 93 sorties, covering more than 30,000 acres over water

In his latest radio show, Dane Wigington admitted Lake Shasta (which he can see from his house) has now normalized, but he is still not satisfied as a number of other reservoirs in California are still below average.
So what we have here is simply a very good rainy season, where levels are going up twice as fast as they normally do. But I wonder, after he has claimed for years that the California drought was deliberately caused by geoengineering, how come those geoengineers have allowed Lake Shasta to refill again, and why did they allow the drought to ease up anyway?
Is it true that California goes through cycles of rainy years and dry years. It's an El Nino winter, more precipitation is anticipated during these years. The pattern shifts between La Nina and El Nino years. Do people forget about these cycles since there can several years of La Nina?
Its not quite that simple- as there have been dry El Nino years and wet La Nina years. This year the phenomenon of El Nino (warm sea surface temps) was one of the largest on record- comparable to 82/83 and 97/98- so, from that huge sample of 2, people, the media etc.. extrapolated that into an expectation of huge precipitation - especially for SoCal as it happened before. That it hasnt played out that way- the ONLY possible reason must be they are zapping storms with HAARP and abetted by chemtrails...or so the story goes.
