Seems like an impractical idea to me. But at least it shows someone is interested in obtaining real evidence

In the faq...
"A lot of tests can be performed without permits because some chemtrails drift and fall to lower altitudes that are well below commercial traffic"

$100,000? 2,500 - 10,000ft?
At those heights you could hire a hot air balloon and an air sampler and still have change for a bag of chips and the bus fare home

Indeed, thinking about it you could probably send up an unmanned radiosonde all the way to the stratosphere, just a case of ensuring the air sampler automatically takes samples at the altitudes you are interested in.

Rockets is a massive over complication

Some of the automatic samplers seem complicated and expensive (and big), but I am certain could be hired
