Disney "Illumanti" pictures.

Hmmmm . . . Wow! That would be rather difficult unless 10 year olds and their babysitters are your targets . . . not only that . . . it would have to communicate in almost subliminal fashion to be effective . . .

Back in the day when I am embarrassed to admit we smoked illegal substances and watched Warner Bros cartoons, there was one where Bugs is standing in front of a fireplace, and the mantle is being held up by carved naked women. They did things like that in order to amuse themselves.

That is what I believe is the primary motivation of these hidden but discoverable little treasures . . . let's see what we can get away with . . . it will be there as long as the feature is shown well into the future or forever. They must have competed with each other to see who could pull off the most provocative trick and not get fired. . . :D

Having been in high school when DuckTales was on , I fondly remember watching while trippin balls!

There was another one where the sign on he doctor's office said "Dr. Milt Town".

The Illuminati game from Steve Jackson has been around since about 1982, and anyone who played it would be fairly familiar with the concepts. The game has a pretty humorous take on a lot of conspiracy theories, including the Illuminati. It's pretty fun to play, too, in that the rules encourage deception and underhanded dealing, so it can get quite meta.
In the table top RPG Paranoia (Still the best RPG ever - do you not agree citizen?), first published in 1984; the Illuminati were a major part of the game concept.
In the role-playing game Paranoia the Illuminati is a secret society so secret that all its members are undercover, pretending to be members of one of the other, less secret, secret societies and presumably attempting to influence their activities for some greater purpose

I'm afraid I do not agree, computer friend. While Paranoia is excellent, the best RPG ever is GURPS, and its numerous supplements -including one named Illuminati, wherein players could incarnate agents of various secrets organizations -including the titular one.

Evidently, roleplayers are in on it since the beginning !

Obviously - they are too powerful to have an actual card - they are hidden in plain sight.

although many of them are also camouflaged in my group!!

GURPS is the rule set of commie mutant traitors, please report to your local int-sec office for re-education. ;)

Seriously though, I think the type of people who like more grownup RPG's are of the mindset that that find the concept of conspiracy entertaining in the first place

I like how the people who believe in this stuff can't make up their minds on whether the Illuminati are the ruling class or part of the counterculture.

hence the big breasted women when theyre trying to sell you something ;)

Hence all those Hardee's/Carl's Jr. Ads...nothing sells burgers like big breasted women chowing down on about a 1,000 calories.

Sadly, I saw those commercials and assumed I could look like that if I ate more burgers....

Note to self....the Carl's Jr diet, not too effective :p
