They look like Starlink horizon flares. Do you have video of them accelerating or reversing direction? That's a common illusion with SHFs, but the video always shows straight lines at constant speed.

The sun is 93 million miles away, so I don't think the difference in angle relative to the sun is enough to be significant. The angle from camera to (presumed) target will be.
