Feature request: the ability to add simple shapes generated in Google Earth (eg cuboids to represent buildings) and saved as kml into the Sitrec environment (via drag n drop like ADSB kml files). Example kml attached.

Sounds plausible, the KML just has a bunch of these:

XML:

Lemme have a quick look.....

Colors should work, although transparency is not currently supported.

There's a bit of an issue where the ground is a bit wobbly in this Sitch, as the origin is in California and the terrain isn't adjusting properly. This will eventually be fixed.

This will only really works in the Custom Sitch Tool. I'll be deprecating the Starlink tool soon.

I see there's a bit of a difference with Google Earth here.

A polygon in GE has various modes. Since we are doing buildings it's "Relative to ground", where you can enter in the height of the roofline above the ground. Here it is without the "Extend Sides to Ground"

Note both marked corners are 1m above the ground (the red dot is on the ground.

But with "Extend to ground" checked:

It now makes the center of the polygon 1m above the ground, and all the corners at the same height.

I'll try duplicating this expected behavior.
