This would be a curious thing to say about the agency created explicitly for transparency on this matter... except that someone is clearly aware of the UFO community's distaste for them after their reports did not in fact hidden flying saucers in defense contractor hangars.

There's always an excuse for why disclosure is just around the corner, but never here. The UFO lobbyists can play that game well. The whistleblowers and witnesses are ignored, we need the government to take this seriously! Oh look Elizondo released videos and the UFO lobbyists got an article into the NYT, we're getting attention. The hearings will bring disclosure! Well no, the good stuff needs to revealed in secret... The new UAP bits of the budget will get us answers! Well no, still need to get the right people in a SCIF together. Ok, give AARO all the access and whistleblower protection to anyone who talks to them! Now we'll get our answers... Well no, the people who talk to them don't actually have good info, and important figures think it's a legal trap. Oh no! AARO is part of the deep state! We need Trump to release the Epstein UAP files!

Just to add some information that might help geolocate the wind farm, one of the wind turbines seems to have a missing blade.

As it can take about a year to replace broken blades, the damage would have likely occurred between 2023 and 2024:

Here is an example of a broken blade for comparison (Zhangpu Phase II project, Fujian, China - early 2025). As a missing blade causes the rotor to become unbalanced, it naturally parks with the broken blade in a vertical, feathered position, just like in the footage:

Yeah I noticed the broken one. Unfortunately that field doesn't have enough turbines. But also, I don't *think* there have been any UFO videos released by the US that show Chinese territory.

The broken blade in Zhangpu is just a visual example for comparison, it happened in 2025. Also, flying a military drone near Zhangpu would be considered a serious provocation, although it seems the platform may have been over 25NM away.

Trying to draw how I imagine this looks like from directly above. Starting with the first couple of screen widths we see an open area with no turbines then the edge of the field. There's a line of 5 turbines with irregular spacing but on a line (1-5) and next to them several turbines in a different pattern. Then a row of 8 turbines in a straight line with regular spacing.

This kind of arrangement more closely resembles the turbine fields in the North Sea off the English coast, than they do anything seen in INDOPAC.

For example we see a similar ring here with a different layout inside:

It looks like an unfinished field.

The video shows at least 70 turbines with another 14 or more nearby. There are only two sites in INDOPAC with that many turbines and they don't resemble what we see in the video.

China's offshore sites use mostly straight lines:

Taiwan's main sites use a combination of straight lines and diamond formation:

The largest sites in the world are in a totally different region, the North Sea. They use irregular patterns, like we see in the video,

EDIT: I also just learned that not all turbines are "bottom fixed" some are floating and can move around a little - which might account for some of the irregular spacing we see in the video. Also assuming the bottom stabilising part of these turbines is obscured by sea mist.

Living in the 'tri-base' area, one becomes accustomed to the use of local landmarks for air training purposes. A large sugar beet factory here or a turbine array off the North Norfolk coast there, perhaps.

I'm attaching a comprehensive list of wind farms, and a narrowed down version for currently operating or under-construction offshore installations, including GPS coordinates. The list specifies whether the installation is on fixed platforms (jackets, monopiles, gravity base, caissons, tripods) or floating (FOWT - Floating Offshore Wind Turbines). It is also possible to estimate the number of turbines based on the total installation capacity to further refine the list.

It's a funny one because usually the tiniest obscure thing can be geolocated with amazing speed. There's tons of OSINT data about wind turbines, like almost daily satellite imagery, yet this one remains a mystery / some kind of optical illusion.

I searched the area for hours with that map Flarkey posted and didn't find anything. So I really think it's a totally other place in the world.
The problem is you have nothing other than the turbines to go from.

In 2024 there were two newspaper reports of broken turbines. One near Nantucket, the other in the Dogger Bank site in the North Sea. Both turbines were made by GE Vernova.

As my user name suggests I did some mapping once upon a time.
So I started wondering: If somebody someware has MAPS of wind farms/
So I did a search for: Map Offshore Wind Turbine Farms
And yes there are people with maps of them, quite a few it looks like, including on at lest the one linked below, the locations of the turbines.

There were other items linked, I did not look at all of the links so I am not sure how good this one is or if others are better.
I know some people like doing things themselves but please don't ignore the work of all those hard working cartographers out there.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the open space." Could you indicate this on your diagram?

Also, I think perspective is playing tricks here. It's clearly at a shallow angle (tall windmills) from many miles away (lack of parallax or size perspective between near and far windmills), so the layout could be significantly stretched and somewhat distorted. Maybe more like this (5x vertical stretch)

I agree the perspective is certainly a factor in matching this up to existing (or decommissioned) sites. Even sites that no longer exist were captured well by in satellite imagery so finding an exact match should be possible, and Copernicus browser allows you simulate the shallow camera angle in "3D" mode.
What I mean about the open space is it looks like a fairly narrow band of turbines surrounded by clear water, maybe 6 wide at the widest point, then there is a gap before we see the last turbines (67-79 as I've numbered them) which I think look like a different model—they have a different shaped nacelle. It's a little like these two fields off the shores of Denmark the top one has the right number of turbines, but the layout doesn't match and these are obviously well outside of the claimed INDOPAC region:

EDIT: is it possible that the drone is flying in a curved path rather than a straight one before it makes a turn and this is contributing to warped perspective?

It reminds me of elevations drawn in isometric perspective. Are you sure they didn't mess with the background because location is classified?
