Odd lights in the sky over Palm Bay Florida. Videos.

I saw these walking my Dog last night. I did a search for "Spotlights over Palm Bay Fla." but only a few meteor sightings came up although in the same time frame. These were around 7:10 PM last night. Sunday 12/7.
I could easily see a lot of confusion on what it is, as I have seen a lot of spotlights but usually you can see the light beam coming up from the ground like at a grand opening or circus. In any case, interesting.

You can only see a beam if there is particles (mist/fog/rain/smoke etc) in the air to show the beam, you know like in the movies when they spray some smoke around to show the laser beam.

So these are probably a Christmas display of lights reflecting on the low clouds as you suggest.
