High pressure = no 'chemtrails'

Do the conspiracy theorists see the causal connection, or has here been any other chatter concerning their relation- "it's hot, clear weather because they've stopped chemtrailing!"?

I've certainly seen both said in their reports. Usually by September there have been numerous astonished reports wondering why tey haven't been seeing what they did earlier in the year. Soon enough, weather cools off into the fall and they forget all of that, insisting that they have never seen the sun for the entire year. Some of this is just a herd mentality, some is poor leadership that hasn't encouraged true learning about atmospheric science.
