fuel dumping or Aerodynamic contrail

I was wondering if that what you see in the following video is fuel-dumping or an aerodynamical contrail and how you can differentiate them.
 
It's an infamous Aerodynamic contrail, discussed several times on this site and elsewhere

Fuel dumps come from two discreet points, not the entire wing. They also are not colored, they are just white, looking like:

They will also not start and stop mid-stream.

(Very rarely you might get a fuel dump from one wing only, as the fuel tanks are somewhat separate)

On that vid it is interesting to watch ABOVE the wings, near the fuselage, and see that the trail is forming ABOVE the wings.

Are these 4 contrails and 2 wingtip vortices? Can this be possible? Because I thought wingtip vortices would only be possible at lower altitudes and seeing normal contrails would indicate the plane is flying at a high altitude.
