Explained: "UFO" rises from ocean in El Salvador (Rock)

Looks like something is coming oiut of the water, or more like a helicopter above water... But certainly not an UFO that others are claiming that is rising out of the water...

But what is it?!

Location is Meaguera island near San Salvador.

The most likely, this is sea wave diffraction on an underwater rock near the shore combined with interference and other wave phenomena.
Historic images from Google Earth Time Machine confirm the presence of underwater reef and show similar wave patterns. The OP image is from 7/2013. Here are two earlier images of the same area (13.1596808,-87.7130062):

Most certainly a large rock, and one dangerous to shipping.
