I posted a link to a video which was removed, so Google or search YouTube for Wolfgang Halbig, a school safety expert who wAs involved in the aftermath of Columbine and after looking at Sandy Hook, became concerned. He is a former Miami State Trooper, school principal, and expert on school safety who says the investigators at SH broke multiple well known procedures. He is NOT a CT! He says he was threatened by Conn. officials and that none of his calls or FOI requests have been returned. Why not? I think the questions asked by this former cop and educator deserve to be answered. He's right; the pieces do not fit. Period.

What do you mean he's not a CT? He believes that nobody was killed at Sandy Hook, which means he believes in an= vast conspiracy.

But what actual evidence does he present? Present one.

I would have but the thread on ATS I was looking at a few minutes ago has been removed as spam!!

One of his claims that I recall (can't quote the source sorry) is that the shooter was Asperger's so can't have had the physical co-ordination required to handle guns and shoot accurately - which is, of course, arrant nonsense - I "have" aspergers, and while I wasn't a marksman I could shoot perfectly adequately while in eth military including battle efficiency tests that loaded you with stress before doing so.

I would relish more than anything the opportunity to see James Corbett, Sibel Edmonds, Nathan Fraser or any number of incredibly bright and well informed citizens debate the likes of "Mick" who seems to automatically take as gospel whatever position TV's talking heads and our leaders in DC want us to believe. Actually, what I would relish even more is 10 minutes alone in a room with "Mick".
Considering we know that both the CIA and FBI have people planted on the net to use ridicule and acrimony as a weapon against ANYONE who questions authority, I'd like to know "mick's" background. Is he a paid disinformation agent? He pretends to be interested in the "truth", yet the questions posed by Wolfgang are legitimate. They are a cause for concern. The fact that he has been visited by police is incredible, if true, yet all the "truth seekers" here do is attempt to paint him as some kind of loon.
I have two words for you, "Mick". F*** YOU. Nah, I have more. F*** YOU AND YOUR PISSANT website. What a joke.
Gee I guess I'm banned. Lol. What a crying shame. Call me sometime Mick. I'd love to meet you.

Awesome attitude. You seem like someone who would be really pleasant to spend time with. You relish the thought of beating anyone who disagrees with your world-view to a pulp. What a real man. You're really making the world a better place, one beating at a time.

wolfgang is a putz. there is no evidence he was involved with Columbine at all. I found one article where he mentions columbine

in his letter to the newtown board of education he states

he does appear to have some experience in 'school safety' upload_2014-2-20_1-8-4.

but how that qualifies him in the area of police procedures is beyond me. in this article he seems to be all proud that thanks to him floorplans for schools will be available within AN HOUR of an event. Perhaps as the big expert school safety dude for his district, he should have just GOTTEN the blueprints to the police department. I mean wouldn't that kinda be his job?

The surety of a position translates immediately into being right? Awesome! I must be "right" all the time. Also if the evidence is sooooooooooooooo overwhelming, why haven't "real" journalists and others actually cracked the case? Been there, seen that, bought the shirt. Take a deep breath dude and realize that this is a debate. If you want to do your "cause" justice, acting like an unhinged lunatic on the web won't really accomplish that. In fact depending on from where you sent that message, technically you might be in violation of cyber bullying laws or cyber stalking laws. But yes, that position must be soooo sound that only violence will make people believe it! Right...

Actually, an ATS poster has pointed out that those are not exactly what he says in the video, so they are someone else's interpretation and some could be considered straw men.

This may be more accurate, from a comment at the bottom of the originating article.

Also this article gives another overview of his questions.

This one keeps popping up. The idea that the guys in control would make this mistake, or insert this easter-egg, should make the person who believe it was a hoax to take two steps back.

Why would someone risk to jeopardize a successfully cover up by putting all victims at the most watched event of the year?

And yes, you are at the same time demanding to break one's expectancy of privacy (releasing the names of the chorus children) while being pissed of that NSA is breaking your expectancy of privacy. Very fair and reasonable.

I know a kid with Aspergers and he is a world-record-holding powerlifter. He can deadlift 600 pounds. There was another kid at a high school near where I work who had it who stabbed a classmate to death a few years ago.
Also, the idea that it takes any kind of unusual skill or physical ability to shoot a bunch of children in a confined space with an AR-15 is ridiculous. The weapon is made to kill a lot of people with as little skill or effort as possible. Just point it in the general direction of what you want to shoot and pull the trigger over and over.

And everybody wanders why he is being "persecuted" by officials. He sweared, accused and kind if threatened in a few lines ...

It's very common to find people that really think that it's possible to bully their way to what they believe is the truth. It's not how it works and it actually accomplish the exact opposite. There are a sequence of episodes from House about bullying and being bullyed that are interesting (3rd season with detective Tritter).

And keep in mind that these type of behaviour is found at both sides.

I agree with your premise in general and that "technically" (harassment) Halbigs behavior could be called bullying. But as far as all the letters he's writing to people, I don't necessarily think it meets the definitions/spirit of bullying. I think we need be careful about watering down terms.

Definitely things Halbig says are literally bullying the families and victims. But I highly doubt Chief Kehoe or other town officials feel "bullied". I'm not sure what term I would use.

I don't think Wolfgang has the background he really says he does. A google search of his name mostly turns up Sandy Hook conspiracy sites. The only non-Sandy Hook thing I could find on him was a 1988 story about taking a job as a high school volleyball coach.

he embellishes quite a bit. in chrome browser you can set your search parameters to before Sandy Hook (dec 2012). theres still a lot of conspiracy sites, but not as many.

He's asking questions that, the answers to, are normally available to the public via public records. He's keenly aware of the all the normal procedures during "active shooter" situations. Many were simply not followed. In fact so many, that only a shill puke/paid whore would even attempt to "debunk" him.

That shoe fits you perfectly, mean Mick.

When I do a search on "Wolfgang Halbig", this shitty little "debunker" site comes up first.

That, my whore friend, is like a flashing neon sign that you are on the government/PTB payroll.

This site comes up first because it's a popular site for conspiracy topics, and there's just not very many people writing about Halbig. Notice Tracy's "Memory Hole" site is second. Google simply puts me at the top because I have a lot more visitors. Nothing suspicious there. You can compare the two here:
(The recent spike is from the "fake snow" story. Normal traffic is more like 200K/Month, vs. 40K for Tracy).

Personally I'd rather not give him the publicity, as has accusations and harassment are rather distasteful as well as being groundless. Notice this thread was started by @Quantumbeliever, and not me. QB is quite sympathetic towards Halbig, and holds a similar opinion to you about this site.

If you wish to participate here, then please check the politeness policy. Any more insults will be removed.

Seems to me that Wolfgang Halbig's background largely checks out. The Orlando Sentinel names him in numerous articles. And the Wall Street Journal identifies him as director of security for Seminole County Public Schools.

Here is an article Halbig wrote in 2007, published in Campus Safety Magazine:

This article from 2003 identifies him as "president of the National Institute for School and Workplace Safety in Maitland, Fla."

This 2002 article calls Halbig "a former teacher and Florida state trooper who heads the National Institute for School and Workplace Safety."

Here is an article reporting that Halbig gave some presentation to school officials as part of DOJ program:

Here is the organization Halbig evidently works for:

It certainly seems like school safety is his chosen career. But the things you link seem basically all reflection of his own self publicity. The "National Institute for School and Workplace Safety" sounds impressive, but it's just something he set up himself. The only trace it has on the internet is articles about Halbig, and a variety of automated business profiles:"National+Institute+for+School+and+Workplace+Safety"
The link to nisws goes nowhere, it was last updated in 2006, and expired in 2007.

The "article" about the DOJ presentation seems to be a press release that he put out himself.

Looks like he set up CSI in 2013:

Ultimately though his credentials are irrelevant. If there were suspicious lapses of protocol, then all that is required is to quote those protocols, and explain (with context) where they were not followed. An appeal to authority is entirely unnecessary.

That's odd NISW was updated in 2006. I have them filing a voluntary dissolution In 2003. Maybe his partners just bailed or something.

not that it matters much except people are following him based on his self proclaimed credentials.

From what I've read from Wolfgang Halbig's various letters to officials making freedom of information request and the State of Connecticutt's requirements for making freedom of information request he may not have been following proper procedures. If that's the case he wouldn't get a response.
He seems to be requesting a variety of information from one person when he should be directing multiple request to different departments.

I found a lot of references from him about expenditures on school security systems, inspection records for school security systems, licenses for transporting medical waste and a variety of other things that are not directly related to law enforcement but he seems to have lumped everything in one request rather that directing separate request to the responsible departments. He tried buttering up the Boston PD and insulting the FBI to get what he wants they didn't give him satisfaction.
