What does "Derived From: DIA SCG dated 20070108" mean? I am guessing SCG means something like "Security Classification Guidelines" from that date, and not an original video date from 2007?
Is it just me. or does that look rather like the moon peeking through a gap in clouds? Which, if that were the case, might account for how short the clip is -- if it was longer it might reveal that it's just the moon as more of it becomes...
