I have a bit of experience watching birds and john.phils video does not seem very bird like to me, it looks to me like it blows in gets temporarily stuck then gets blown a few more times. -

It's most likely a plastic bag. (PR060) The object traveled 484.27 meters in 57 seconds. That's about 19 mph. Credit to : - @i11umin8ed (twitter/x)

Sundogs sometimes look rectangular, depending on the shape of the cloud that they appear inside. The 'no definable borders' characteristic is particularly indicative of a sundog, circumzenithal arc or some other parhelia phenomenon.
