The UFO crowd being vocal makes their claims seem bigger than they are. This in turn gets them some attention in the media and with a few people in government. I don't think the current crop of elected officials in the UAP caucus are all that...
I don't think that these were uploaded to AARO. The collection of many of these videos pre-dates AARO by many years I suspect. People interested in UFO's were saving them somewhere on a classified network(s) to share with others also interested...

Which brings us to the question: Has anyone obtained the NAMES of the people who uploaded these files? Would seem to be relevant to the question of their origin. Just saying 'they were uploaded' is not really a satisfactory answer if Congress...
