I don't think that these were uploaded to AARO. The collection of many of these videos pre-dates AARO by many years I suspect. People interested in UFO's were saving them somewhere on a classified network(s) to share with others also interested... -

That crossed my mind as well, for example in the recent Syria thread where the question was whether the video had been filmed off a screen. Doesn't that imply that the person doing the filming is in the office of the person who has the video...
