If you're talking about the white dots (yes, the ones who shift position in relation to each other and whose wings are conspicuously flapping), you do not know the distance to them, therefore you do not know their speed. -

It's to give the pilot visual feedback. The MQ-9 is a fixed wing aircraft, so knowing what the bank angle is is part of flying. This would apply more when looking forward. I wonder if it's selectable. -
