I'm not sure what you are doing, but it sounds like you think the MQ-9 has to travel the same distance as between windmills? If it's parallax, the drone can be going quite slow, depending on where the "pivot" point is. -

If you're talking about the white dots (yes, the ones who shift position in relation to each other and whose wings are conspicuously flapping), you do not know the distance to them, therefore you do not know their speed.
