I saw the slow motion UAP video going viral today with the frisbee so I decided to record the sky for 15 seconds in 1/8th time for giggles. I did not notice any bugs outside the window while recording.
This is the first video I recorded and after scrubbing through it I saw a dot in the clouds which made me discover this object coming into the top of the frame around 1:21.
Some rough calculations tell me this object was visible for about 0.6 seconds real time.

Looking north in Somerset NJ from the fourth floor.
I assume it's going to be a fly but I thought to get other opinions.
I attached the original video from my phone to this thread but it says it's too large for the video to process.
