Skywatcher Part II: "Mapping The Unknown"

AARO interviewed a few military people with claims, this is no in way Skywatcher working with AARO in other sense than that.
AARO is developing its own mobile sensor suite. I'm guessing it's possible that they're interested in the performance of the sensors Skywatcher is using.

The second possible kite I noted was the tumbling manta ray at 24:15
When it comes to "Manta Ray UFOs," I think they can be considered frequent visitors. For example, In October 2022, this UFO was captured in Medellín, Colombia, the hot air balloon capital of alien sightings:

And in 2023, again in October, a model captured this "black-backed, white-bellied" "manta ray" on a plane in Colombia...

Until one day I came across this 2017 news photo taken in Colombia, where locals always carried such balloons during protests...

Perhaps, the thing at 24 minutes and 15 seconds was also observing a similar balloon

It's possible, but I see no evidence it's happened. It also seems unlikely they'd need Skywatcher to tell them about an off the shelf 'low end' in US military terms CUAS system.

"Always" may be too strong a claim -- Google searching "Colombia Black White Protest Balloons" is not turning up any other pictures of such balloons, and nothing shows up when replacing "Colombia" with "Medellin," where that picture comes from, or just to widen the search "Bogota." Just looking at "protest activists murdered" with Colombia, Medellin or Bogota does not find any either.

Reading through the comments on the two reddit threads linked in jarlrmai's post is interesting. Some commenters think that the government bought off James Fowler and some think he decided there was no future stardom by staying with it.
So the future of Skywatcher is up in the air, so to speak.
But the number of skeptical comments does give me hope that UFOfandom includes more than a few people demanding more than fuzzy pictures of something in the sky.

You'd think since Skywatcher claim to be getting footage of fleets of Tetra Class UAP, it should only be a matter of time before those UAP come just a little bit closer and can no longer easily be debunked as simply being exactly what they look like: birds. What unfortunate timing.

Enough of them probably figured out that they had published a bunch of videos of what looked like birds and balloons and possibly insects and plant debris, with no real way to rule out that those are in fact what was in the videos. I think this is why Nolan says they will not be publishing anything else until some undetermined future time when they have analyzed it all and found the good stuff (nevermind that they clearly thought the clips they already published were good). It also seems like Nolan is much more deeply involved than just as a consultant like it came across from the initial documentary videos. At least my interpretation of those was that the Skywatcher team was doing its thing and then called in Nolan to help with like one experiment. But his latest posts sound like he is in charge of the entire analysis process and in a position in the org to answer whatever questions members of the audience have.

I am curious, however, if there just might be some point in the future, in which they can bring themselves to say:

"Well, it was fun, & we truly meant well...but facts are facts: We obviously did not find anything we were looking for."

But they already released the videos and the classifications, my guess is the members will disperse some will vanish, other may continue in other places like Sol etc.

There will be some doors left open for people to hang on like this data they are apparently processing

Just add a video of the release of this kind of balloon.
