Russ Tanner's strange theory of wind resistence

Nano particles have less wind resistance than hammers, apparently, so they drop out of the sky like stones.

I guess that means cigarette smoke rises because it has negative wind resistance. It's very counter intuitive and hard to understand... but that's physics people!

I like he says "nano particles, or small particle that's just a few millimeters" as if those two scales are the same

1 nanometer = 0.000001 millimeters.

Russ was still of this opinion just a few weeks ago. In youtube thread he was arguing that small particles have a larger "density to volume ratio" and so are heavier for their size than the same material in larger amounts.
He was confused when it was explained that density already is a mass to volume ratio and thus can't rationally be included in another ratio to volume. He eventually started to claim that his density to volume ratio claims were a typo even though he includes the same ratio concept on his webpage to justify the fast falling particulate claim.
Hopefully suggesting it was a typo indicates he has realised his original misconception and will revise his thinking somewhat.
