So this light which appears for a half a second is possibly an aircraft light? Or a celestial body?

I'm sorry for being difficult. I just really want to put this to rest but this seems so compelling.
@shawnfrye
I've looked at the video and the first thing that I noticed is that is a badly edited, disjointed mess. It is also of very poor visual quality and low resolution. It also has no narration or text in it, to describe its contents.
Many parts of that video has been addressed by others here, but as you recently taken a strong interest in the the part shown in the image above, I'll address that.
Firstly, where I found it in the video, it does not appear for 1/2 a second, it appears for a single frame, at 04:27:27. So as the video is 30fps, then it appears for 1/30th of a second. It also appears again for a single frame, when the "black screen" section of the video (04:24:01 to 04:27:27) is repeated from 04:27:28 onwards.
Below is the sequence of what is seen leading up to that single frame of the video, in which the grey shape appears.
04:24:01 - The view changes from that of a domed building to a black screen. This is not a continuation of the view of the building it is a hard cut to different content, with different audio and there is no context for what it shows. It could be a view of the sky, or it could be anything else that can appear black.
Between 04:24:01 and a couple of frames before the shape you are interested in appears at 04:27:27, the view remains black. That is except for a few isolated, single frames, that appear to show a view of what looks part of a rounded section of a building with a domed roof. Here is one example that appears at 04:25:05.
At the 04:27:25 (2 frames before the grey shape appears) the image below is seen for two frames. It's very dark (see the image below this, for a better view), but appears to show a different part of the building (or something else entirely), to that seen in the image above (frame 04:25:05).
Here is the 04:27:25 frame with higher contrast, so you can see the part on the right side more clearly. The same view is seen in the next frame, 04:27:26. This feature (possibly part of a building), does not have the same rounded shapes of the previously seen building (e.g. at 04:25:05) and seems to have an additional vertical feature at the top, such as a flagpole (assuming this is a view of part of a building).
At 04:27:27, the shape that you are interested in, appears for just one frame. It does not contain the feature on the right side of the image (possibly part of a building) that was seen in the previous two frames. In fact, it does seem to contain any discernable features of any significant size, other than the pale grey shape.
So, what can be derived from this. I think there are two possibilities.
1. The structure on the right of the image (possibly part of a building), seen in frames 04:27:25 and 04:27:26, somehow became completely black (or so dark they were not visible against the background) for just the one frame (04:27:27) in which the gray shape appears. This seems extremely unlikely.
2. The gray shape "appears" because the single frame in which it is seen, is where a cut is made to an image showing it, from the different view seen in the previous 2 frames. This possibility seems far more likely.
The black sections of the video appear to be nothing more than some noisy black video, with occasional single frames of images of various views of parts of buildings, edited in as a "flash" for a single frame. Where the same feature appears for two consecutive frames (04:27:25 and 04:27:26), this was probably by accident and was intended to be a single frame edit, as the others are. That's kind of mistake is very easy to do when editing video.
I can see nothing in those single frames appearances of things, that suggests anything other than them being edited in deliberately, to make it look like they appearing out of nowhere.
Those sudden appearances look fake, similar to the way that old movies would sometimes show a cut from a scene, to a bolt of lightning in the sky, for dramatic effect.
So,
@shawnfrye can you give a reason why that single frame appearances of the grey shape, could not have been edited in?
