Bug Notes becomes uneditable after pasting hyperlink

I have seen that the Notes window [N] becomes uneditable after pasting a hyperlink. I usually link to the source report of the event I'm recreating, but this is often a number of places and can include links to news reports or NUFORC analysis. Most recently I've seen this in this stitich.
