Is this Foxnews guest wearing a realistic mask?

This is very viral right now. Many people are convinced this Fox guest is wearing a realistic mask. Nobody has provided a reasonable alternative explanation that I have seen. Some say it's a shadow but I can't see it. He is a real person and regular on Fox and other channels, so it's not a case of him being a hired actor like the Antifa/Cartel guy.

Can anybody debunk that he's wearing a mask? I doubt he's wearing one but I can't explain what's causing his neck to look like that.

Edit to add: look at the bottom of the bald guy's neck.

Who are they talking about? There's multiple people in this segment. Just because a bunch of people on social media think something is "viral" doesn't mean there's anything to it. A mask? Like in the old Mission Impossible TV series?

Bob Harward. Look at the bottom of his neck.

And here's a screencap from a video he was in a few days before. Clearly there's some kind of smoothing filter on his face/neck but that doesn't explain the mask anomaly.

Looks like a lighting artifact to me. There's a light low in front of him that creates a shadow from the loose T-shirt neck that he's wearing under the black dress shirt; and then there's some light coming from the side (I think) that creates a variable bright patch inside that shadow as he speaks and his throat moves.

On first seeing it I thought it was a mask.

But hearing about clamshell lighting I can see the shadow.

And only conspiracy theorists would be stupid enough to make a realistic mask that reveals itself at the neck (I hope that's not crossing a line :) ).

Can't think of any reason why he would wear a mask of himself.
Do they use smoothing filters on TV, like those on TikTok? Maybe the AI didn't quite know what to do with this shadowy part of the neck.

Besides the obvious "What in the world would the motive be?" question, why on earth would someone go on national television
and NOT have the long flap (seen in your video) below that can easily hide the real neck?
At the very very least, if this were really a thing, he surely would've chosen a shirt that would much better obscure that area.
I think he just has a face that looks less animated than conspiratorially-minded internet sleuths expect...

If this is accurate, then it looks like someone cranked up the vanity filter a few notches. To be fair, maybe it was done at the network level.

It still just looks like a strange shadow. Watch when he articulates certain words and opens his mouth wider, a shadow crosses the strange shadow and the appears below it, before moving up as he closes his mouth.

@Nilbog
This is the silliest thing I hope to see all day. Your neck changes every time you speak or move or smile. That's just what he looks like.

That shadow doesn't prove he's wearing a mask at all, what he does look like to me on that video is that he's in a really good shape for his age -- no wrinkles on his face and rarely blinking his eyes (albeit the few blinks look like in slow motion, kind of ha ha!), eyes which BTW seem more rounded than in his previous photos. That's all about it.
