Oh dear, that is actually quite sad. I genuinely feel sorry for that poor kid.

I sincerely hope, that he is like most normal kids these days; and is a whiz with the internet and can somehow end up on a site like metabunk in his travels for CT's and gets steered onto the right track before something bad happens.

And shame on Global Skywatch for helping to shove kids like this down their rabbit hole.
