I've added a how-to document for investigating Starlink flares
https://www.metabunk.org/sitrec/docs/Starlink.html

If there's anything wrong, missing, or unclear, let me know.

I've rearranged the documentation in the help menu to make it clearer where things are. Now all the user documentation is in a sub-menu "Documentation", which is where you'll find this. These used to be links to GitHub but are now cleaner stand-alone documents.

The default Sitrec needs a few additional configurations to effectively recreate a Starlink sighting. For convenience, these are gathered in a default "sitch" at:

https://www.metabunk.org/sitrec/?sitch=starlink
similarly, no working link at the top of https://www.metabunk.org/sitrec/docs/UserInterface.html

The new how-to looks like a good document to show to people/pilots who may have had a Starlink sighting.
For this, it'd be helpful if you embedded a video near the top that shows what the sitrec looks like dynamically, in addition to the screenshots you already have, so that readers can get an idea of what the motion looks like, and how that is represented in sitrec.

I'd also see a statement in the flare band explanation how altitude affects it (presumably mostly by offering a clear view to near the horizon).
