How do you create a track for the camera to move along?

Eg in this sitch of a helicopter that "vanished", how would I recreate the way the camera moves along the street to look round the corner?

Do you need to create a KML path with times at each point you want the camera to pass through? Can anyone provide an idiot's guide? (And a computer fast enough to make playing with Sitrec less of a frustrating process!)

There's built-in track creating. A bit fiddly, it confuses me and I wrote it.

With time set to zero, right click on the ground at the start position, and then "Add Flight Path". Then Camera/Position -> Track 1. Then add points with adjusting the timeline, and right clicking, and move them around. Edit FOV with the FOV editor (Camera/FOV/Camer FOV/FOV editor).

You can't use "Street View Pano", as the camera moves a lot (and has limited positions anyway), so you need to create some 3D buildings, which you can make transparent.
