Explained: Photo from ISS shows "open window" [Scratch Cover]

Hello all! A user on YouTube uploaded a video and he cannot grasp that he has found (finally) a proof that the ISS is not real by seeing this picture and claiming that the widow in the background is open and the text below it says "open":

claiming that the window in the background is open

it just looks like a open inner scratch pane. this photo from wikimedia seems to show the same (closed) "window" in the cupola:

its pretty clear thats just a part of the inner window with a modification to "open" the scratch pane.
the windows in the cupola are normaly made of 4 panes in layers:

You can also see the scratches on the window, and I do not think space is scratch-able...
